The present invention pertains to an optical symmetrization device for symmetrizing the radiation emitted by laser diodes. The symmetrization device contains a cylindrical lens system (), a cylindrical lens array () and a deflection element (). The cylindrical lens array () contains at least two cylindrical single lenses (A) that are arranged adjacent to one another in fixed allocation, wherein the distance between two adjacent single lenses (A) is smaller than the distance between two adjacent linear optical emitters ().

Device for the optical beam transformation of a linear arrangement of several light sources

A device is proposed to symmetrize the radiation from one or from several linear optical emitters. The device possesses per emitter a cylindrical lens optical unit with one or more cylindrical lenses, which collimate each light beam in the y-direction, where by rotating at least one of the cylindrical lenses around the z-axis or by providing a discontinuous diffracting element, each light beam is diffracted at a different diffraction angle in the y-direction. The device additionally contains a director-collimator optical unit , which collimates each light beam in the x-direction and diffracts at different diffraction angles so that the main beams of the individual light beams in the x-direction converge at a specified distance from the emitter and run parallel in the y-direction. Finally, the device has a redirecting optical unit which compensates for the diffraction of the light beam in the x-direction caused by the director-collimator optical unit

Optical or optoelectronic array with an assembly holder and an optical or optoelectronic assembly located on it to position the assembly holder on an assembly surface of an optical bench in a way that is movable only in a first plane of adjustment parallel to the assembly surfacewhere the assembly holder has an assembly base for positioning the assembly holder on the assembly surface as well as a seat which is open the entire distance from one outside surface of the assembly holder to the opposite outside surface of the assembly holder in which the optical or optoelectronic assembly is located and which is formed in such a way that the optical or optoelectronic assembly can be moved relative to the assembly holder only in a second plane of adjustment which is non-parallel to the first plane of adjustment, extending parallel to the directional passage of the seat.

Optical or optoelectronic module with an optical bench and a laser diode or group of laser diodes located on its top side and first optical and optoelectronic elements positioned sequentially in the direction of the main beam of at least one of the laser diodes, which include at least a focusing lens as well as an optical fiber with two optical end surfaces where the first optical and optoelectronic elements are located in at a first element holder and with the first element holder jointly form a first optical and optoelectronic module, a first assembly holder is located on the top side of the optical bench. The first optical and optoelectronic elements on the element holder are jointly adjustable in the beam path of the light emitted by at least one laser diode and the element holder is located on the assembly holder in such a way that the first optical and optoelectronic elements located on the first element holder are in the beam path of the light emitted by at least one laser diode, and the focusing lens injects light emitted by at least on laser diode into the first optical end surface of the optical fiber.
