A multilevel container having a circumferentially continuous wall or bottom elements of sheet metal with radially outwardly beaded end faces. The wall and bottom elements are placed on top of each other on butt joints so as to seal the end faces and are detachably braced with a minimum of one neighboring container level. The multilevel container also comprises one or more sealing rings and bracing components that act on neighboring end faces. In order to provide a readily manufacturable and form a stable multilevel container without multiple beads in alternating directions or weldings in the butt joint portions, a separate and independent shape retaining ring is provided. This ring reinforces the container and has shape retaining surfaces on its two end faces. In the region of their end faces, the neighboring wall and bottom elements are set on and tightly braced against the shape retaining surfaces of the reinforcing shape retaining ring. Radially inside or radially outside the reinforcing shape retaining ring, a separate sealing ring is inserted between the radially outwardly beaded sheet metal end faces of the neighboring bottom or wall elements of the multilevel container or between these end faces and the reinforcing shape retaining ring.

The invention relates to a filter arrangement comprising a plate-shaped filter holder () provided with at least one stem-type protruberance () having an opening () said filter holder () being used to receive a filter element () in a sealed manner for each protuberance on the raw gas side of the filter holder. In order to ensure that the filter is changed easily with sufficient filtering safety, each filter element () is provided with an adapter collar () comprising at least one limb (B;D) parallel to the protruberances. Said limb can be placed, from the raw gas side, inside or over the protruberance. A sealing arrangement () provided comprises sealing elements (A,B) which are parallel to both the plates and to the protruberances and are used for the at least partial join between the protruberance and the adapter collar.

Filter arrangement

Disclosed is a method for rendering vacuum conveyors inert, the vacuum conveyors including at least one intake device (), a discharge device (), a separating vessel (), a vacuum pump device (), and a system for feeding inert fluid into the separating vessel (). An inert fluid is fed into the at least one separating vessel () below the free surface of a separated material () during inertization. A corresponding vacuum conveyor () which can be rendered inert includes a system for feeding inert fluid below the free surface () of a separated material on and/or in the at least one separating vessel ().

Method and device for rendering vacuum conveyors inert

A Vacuum conveying apparatus with a weighing and metering device, comprises a separation container (), acted on by a vacuum, for intermittent intermediate storage of material conveyed in a suction gas flow, a force isolation means for entry of conveyed material into the separation container (working side), a weighing device () for, in particular, continuous weighing of the separation container, as well as a vacuum pump () and a controller. In order to create a vacuum conveying apparatus that can guarantee a more precise weighing and/or a more accurate stipulation of the timepoint for turning off the vacuum pump or for interrupting the suction process during the ongoing conveyance process, the vacuum pump () is isolated in terms of force from the separation container () and is also situated such that it is not weighed.

A Vacuum conveyor device () with a multi-stage filter system, has at least one inner filter (A), one outer filter (B), and one filter adapter () especially for air-tight and/or fluid-tight insertion of at least one of the filters, for which the outer filter is arranged up-stream of the inner filter. In order of preparing a filter system for a vacuum conveyor device, which features both the cleaning-related elements of conventional filters and also the safety-related advantages of multi-stage systems, but which remains compact in structure, the one or more inner filters (A) are used as carrier units for the one or more outer filters (B) that can be mounted on or inserted into these inner filters and can be connected or are connected to the filter adapters ().
