Liquid tank venting system comprising a chamber that is inside the tank and that is equipped with a drainage device that comprises at least one opening made in the chamber and an elastomer-based non-return valve capable of sealing/freeing this opening, according to which this non-return valve is forced into a position for leaktight closure of the opening via a specific device starting from a certain liquid level in the tank.

Liquid tank venting system

Valve for the venting circuit of a liquid tank, the valve comprising a chamber which includes openings that allow liquid to penetrate into the chamber above a certain level in the tank and/or in the event of waves in the tank or the tank being turned upside down, a cover for the chamber including an aperture that is susceptible to open into the venting circuit of the tank, and a float comprising a body and a needle that close off the aperture, the float being able to slide vertically inside the chamber depending on the level of liquid therein, the needle of the float being frustoconical-shaped and based on an elastomeric material.

Valve for the venting circuit of a liquid tank

A valve for the venting circuit of a liquid tank including a main chamber which opens into the tank and is connected via an aperture to the venting circuit, a float comprising a body, and a head capable of closing off the orifice. The float being able to slide vertically inside the main chamber. The valve further including a baffle surrounding the aperture and defining a secondary chamber via the bottom inside the main chamber. The dimensions and the shape of the secondary chamber, of the body of the float, and of the head of the float are designed so that the head can slide at least partly inside the secondary chamber, while the body of the float cannot do so.

A closure head for a fuel tank filler pipe allowing automatic opening of a shutter under action of thrust of a nozzle on a device integrated into the top of the filler pipe and closing of the shutter when the nozzle is withdrawn. The locking of the shutter is achieved by a mechanism connected to a bodywork flap such that locking and squashing of a seal are achieved upon the closing of the bodywork flap and the opening of the bodywork flap cannot unlock the shutter without the nozzle additionally being introduced into the system. A method for opening a filler head employs the device.
