Pump-type packaging unit for a liquid or semi-liquid product

An assembly for a bottle which includes a neck with a vertical axis, which neck has a shoulder. The assembly includes a ring which is capable of being engaged around the neck and which includes profiles for retention on the neck which are capable of co-operating with the shoulder. The assembly further includes a fixed insert which is capable of being fitted to the bottle and which delimits a housing for receiving the ring. Opposing surfaces of the ring and the housing include complementary protruding and recessed fastening profiles for resilient engagement of the complementary profiles, at least two successive profiles on the ring or the housing allowing the ring to be fastened in at least two positions which are axially offset relative to the housing.

Assembly which forms a product dispensing head and which is capable of being fitted to a bottle

A dispenser device includes reservoirs for containing respective substances, pumps associated with respective reservoirs, and a pushbutton. The device allows two substances to be dispensed in varying proportions by actuating the pushbutton. In embodiments, each pump has a moving control member which, when actuated, causes the substance contained in the reservoir associated with the pump to be dispensed. In embodiments, at least one elastically-deformable transmission member is associated with a control member and is disposed in such a manner as to transmit displacement of the pushbutton to the control member in order to dispense substance. In embodiments, at least one adjustment member adjusts the end-of-stroke position of the displacement at least of the control member associated with the transmission member.

A cap for detachable mounting onto a product container can be adjusted to meet varying tightness requirements. The cap includes deformable tabs with catches whose flexibility can be modified by selectively positioning an adjacent ring so that a varying portion of the ring surface cooperates with the tabs, thereby influencing the firmness of the tabs. Accordingly, the axial force necessary for the catches to engage a recess on the container can be modified as desired.

The product emerges through at least one opening arranged in an outlet element (9) connected to the pump (30) by a conduit (41) forming a flexible connection. The outlet element (9) is held substantially immovably in position on a fixed portion (51) of the body (10) surmounting the reservoir (12), the actuating element (34) being independently mounted relative to the fixed portion (51) of the body (10).

A unit for packaging and dispensing a product contained in a reservoir (12) is surmounted by a dispensing element (30) which has a hollow stem (33) mounted on elastic return element, and on which stem a member (34) for actuating the said dispensing element is mounted. The actuating member has a bearing surface (38). A coupling forming a ball joint (101) is provided between the hollow stem (33) and the push-button (34). The unit has a body (10) forming the reservoir (12) for the product, the product emerging through at least one orifice formed in an outlet member (9) connected to the dispensing element by a duct (41) forming a flexible coupling, and being held approximately motionless on a stationary portion (51) of the body surmounting the reservoir (12). The actuating member (34) is mounted independently of the stationary portion (51) of the body.
