A method for producing a permanent or soft magnet including the following steps: a) providing: a solution containing a solvent in which are dispersed a set of objects which possess a permanent magnetic moment; a substrate on which are fixed to the surface or within a cavity that it may have, a 1st pad and a 2nd pad, said 1st pad includes a face facing and parallel to a face that the 2nd pad includes; b) the solution is deposited on the surface of the substrate or, as the case may be, within its cavity; c) the substrate is placed in a magnetic field so that the set of objects are grouped together between the face of the 1st pad and the face of the 2nd pad so as to form a permanent magnet.

Method for producing a permanent or soft magnet

A method for concentrating electrically charged objects in a non-Newtonian liquid medium comprises: feeding a sample containing electrically charged objects into a channel having a flow axis, a first transverse cross-section orthogonal to the flow axis, and at least one second transverse cross-section orthogonal to the flow axis, one dimension of the second cross-section being less than the corresponding dimension of the first cross-section; and applying a hydrodynamic flow in a direction of the channel together with the application, in the opposite direction, of an electric field in the channel, thus making it possible to move the electrically charged objects in the channel along the flow axis from the first cross-section to the second cross-section, stop the objects, and concentrate the objects in at least one area upstream from the second transverse cross-section.

Method and device for concentrating molecules or objects dissolved in solution

A sensing device applied to an analyte molecule of a liquid sample and a buffer flow has at least one first inlet, at least one second inlet, a micro-flow channel, and at least one immobilization element. The first inlet is for inputting the liquid sample. The second inlet is for inputting the buffer flow. The micro-flow channel communicates with the first inlet and the second inlet. The immobilization element is for immobilizing sensing molecules for the analyte molecules. The analyte sample flow and the buffer flow, in the reverse direction, in the micro-flow channel enable the association and disassociation kinetics to be obtained. The present invention further provides a sensing system and a sensing method using the sensing device.
