A terminal cassette for electrically connecting a plurality of feeder cables includes an electrical connector with a plurality of electrical contacts and a double locking system securing a feeder cable cassette. The double locking system has a locking bracket and a sliding locking device. The locking bracket pivots and engages the feeder cable cassette. The sliding locking device secures the locking bracket in a locked position.

Fretting corrosion-free in-line connection system

A fixing system includes a rail fixture having a plurality of first interlocking devices arranged along the rail fixture and a plurality of interlocking modules each having a second interlocking device. The interlocking modules are affixed to the rail fixture by inserting the second interlocking devices through a plurality of gaps between the first interlocking devices and sliding the interlocking modules along the rail fixture into a positive lock.

Modular fixing system and method thereof

An electrical connector includes a housing, a primary locking sleeve disposed on the housing, and a securing tab. The housing has a receptacle open in a connection direction essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis, the receptacle receiving a complementary connector. The primary locking sleeve is movable relative to the housing between a locked position securing the electrical connector and the complementary connector and a release position for connecting and/or disconnecting the electrical connector and the complementary connector. A gap having a gap width is disposed between the housing and the primary locking sleeve at least in the locked position. The gap width decreases from the locked position to the release position. The securing tab is insertable at least partially into the gap to an inserted state to secure the primary locking sleeve in the locked position.

A connector device includes a first connector part and a second connector part. The first connector part has a first outer housing and a first sub-assembly accommodated in the first outer housing. The first sub-assembly has a first ferrule and a first latch member fastening the first sub-assembly to the first outer housing. The second connector part has a second outer housing and a second sub-assembly accommodated in the second outer housing. The second sub-assembly having a second ferrule and a second latch member fastening the second sub-assembly to the second outer housing. The second outer housing mating with the first outer housing in a state of coupling the first connector part to the second connector part.

Optical connector device

An electrical connector assembly comprises a connector shell configured to interface with a mating connector shell, a coupling member configured to receive the connector shell and having an internal thread engaging the mating connector shell, and a retaining member configured to retain the connector shell in the coupling member. The connector shell has a plurality of ratchet teeth and defines a longitudinal axis. The plurality of ratchet teeth form a first ratchet ring and a second ratchet ring around the connector shell.

A mating assistance device comprises a housing having an opening receiving an electrical connector in a direction of insertion and a locking device movable between an unlocked position and a locked position with respect to the housing. The locking device has a connector pushing element displaceable in the direction of insertion when the locking device moves from the unlocked position to the locked position.

Mating assistance device for electrical connectors

A crimping tool to crimp a contact onto the end of a wire, the contact configured to receive both a stripped part and an insulated part of the wire end. The crimping tool includes a first and second tier to crimp the contact onto the conductor core and onto the insulating jacket of the wire respectively. A mechanism actuates the first and second tiers in substantially a simultaneous manner. At least one rotating element is arranged between at least one crimping component and a cam of at least one of the tiers, the rotating element possibly taking up at least two positions with respect to the crimping component. A crimping method crimps a contact both onto an insulating jacket of a wire and onto its conductor core.
