A pump for liquids is provided, comprising a pump chamber in which a bucket wheel is mounted on a bearing so that it can rotate, and an electric motor with a stator and a rotor. The stator has stator laminations and coils, and is coated with plastic in some parts and an electric/electronic activation device. The pump is intended to have a long service life and at the same time require as little installation space as possible. This is achieved by the stator laminations of the stator being at least in part electroplated.

Pump

A vacuum pump with a primarily cylinder-shaped pump housing is provided. A bowl-shaped sound-absorbing cover is attached on the pump housing and a circumferential gap space for sound absorption is formed between the pump housing and the sound-absorbing cover. The pump housing has an end face in which at least one air outlet opening is arranged. An elastic upstream sound absorber element is arranged between the end face and the sound-absorbing cover so that an upstream chamber is formed therebetween into which the air flows from the air outlet opening. The upstream sound absorber element has a molded projection facing the end face with an air channel passing through the projection. The projection is arranged at a distance from the end face during operation of the vacuum pump. While the vacuum pump is idle, the projection makes contact with the end face through elastic deformation of the upstream sound absorber element, causing the air channel to be closed off and creating a check valve function.

A vane pump with a pump housing in which a cam ring is constructed or arranged, and wherein a rotor is provided that is mounted in the cam ring so that it can rotate about a rotational axis , wherein the cam ring has an inner contour with a variable radius that varies between a maximum radius and a minimum radius in the circumferential direction about the rotational axis , wherein, in the radial gap between the inner contour and the rotor , a number of lift sections is constructed with pump chambers constructed in these sections, and wherein vane elements are mounted on the rotor , wherein these elements slide against the inner contour of the cam ring and limit the pump chambers in the circumferential direction. According to the invention, the radius of the inner contour varies about the rotational axis according to the function: r=r+a&#xb7;sin(n&#xb7;&#x3c6;), where r=(r+r)/2, a =(r&#x2212;r)/2, and &#x3c6;=phase angle of the radius (r) between (r) and (r) in the direction of rotation of the rotor .

Vane pump

A pump includes a pump chamber in which a rotor with gates is supported so that it can rotate, an electric motor for driving the rotor, an outlet, and an inlet port that is fastened to a mounting plate and is in active connection with an inlet channel. The pump should be improved so that its service life and reliability are improved with minimal installation complexity in a vehicle, wherein intense cleaning of lines and devices connected on the suction side can be eliminated. This is achieved in that a filter is arranged in the area of the inlet channel between the mounting plate and the pump chamber.

Vacuum pump

A pump includes a pump chamber in which a rotor with gates is supported so that it can rotate, an electric motor for driving the rotor, a muffler that encloses a volume in the area of the pump chamber, wherein the volume is in active connection with an outlet port and a front muffler that is arranged within the muffler. To improve the service life and reliability of the pump in a vehicle with minimal installation expense, it is proposed that a filter is integrated into the front muffler.

The invention relates to a vane cell pump comprising an electrical pump unit that has a pump chamber into and out of which a fluid can flow and also a rotor with a number of vanes to compress the fluid before flowing out from the pump chamber. The vane cell pump also comprises a sound-damping mechanism into which the fluid can flow after flowing through the pump chamber and that has a sound-damping cover attached to a part of the pump chamber and defining a sound-damping volume. A preliminary sound-damping mechanism with at least one preliminary sound-damping outlet from which the fluid can flow may be arranged within the sound-damping volume, wherein the preliminary sound-damping outlet has a cross-sectional profile tapering in the direction of fluid outflow.

Tapered sound outlet vane pump

A damper for damping vibrations between a support and a device mounted on the same includes two elastic elements which can be attached to the support by means of a bolt and a securement means. The damper should be suitable for different material thicknesses of the support. This is achieved in that a step is constructed on an outer periphery of a first element, wherein a smaller cross-section formed by the step corresponds to the cross-section of an opening in the support which is functionally assigned thereto, and the part having the smaller cross-section is longer than a thickness of the support, and in that a bore hole is included in an end face of a second element, wherein the cross-section of the bore hole corresponds to that of the opening.

Rubber stopper

A vane pump includes an electric drive unit with an electric motor and a motor shaft, a pump chamber attached on the electric drive unit, and a rotor having a plurality of blades. The rotor is arranged concentrically to the motor shaft within the pump chamber, and the motor shaft is engaged with the rotor by way of a tappet which is connected torsionally rigid with the motor shaft. The tappet has at least one tappet peg, which is engaged in a rotor recess, that corresponds to the tappet peg, wherein the at least one rotor recess has an oval shape, and the tappet peg is contoured in such a way that two first slightly curved contoured sections each form one contact area with one oblong planar section corresponding with one each of the rotor recesses.
