The charging system also can include a wireless charger configured to transfer energy to the power source. The wireless charger can include a first indicator. The first indicator can be configured to provide a first non-flashing visual output at a first brightness level and indicative of a first charging status of the power source. The first indicator also can be configured to provide a second non-flashing visual output at a second brightness level indicative of a second charging status of the power source. A system comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations: building, using a machine learning algorithm, a transit model based at least in part upon telematics data associated with a user; generating, based at least in part upon the transit model, a dynamic transit route for the user; calculating, based at least in part upon the telematics data associated with the user, a potential benefit comprising an amount of fuel cost savings for the user, reduced travel time for the user, insurance savings, or environmental pollution reduction for the user; generating a notification comprising the dynamic transit route and the potential benefit; and transmitting the notification to a mobile device of the user. A computer-implemented method of generating a scenic route including: receiving, by one or more processors, a user request from a user for directions from an origin location to a destination location; identifying, by the one or more processors, one or more route segments of one or more routes between the origin location and the destination location based on at least telemetry data and point of interest (POI) data; determining, by the one or more processors, one or more respective scenic views proximate to the one or more respective scenic points; receiving, by the one or more processors, a selection of at least one of the one or more respective scenic views; and transmitting, by the one or more processors, navigation directions to the user for at least one route of the one or more routes. Method and system for selecting a vehicle route. For example, the method includes collecting information for a future vehicle trip that will be made by a user, generating multiple routes for the same future vehicle trip, predicting an amount of fuel consumption for each of the multiple routes based at least in part upon information for the route and user driving features of the user, and selecting a route from the multiple routes based at least in part upon the amounts of fuel consumption predicted for the user, where the selected route corresponds to a least amount among the amounts of fuel consumption predicted for the user.

Telematics systems and methods are described for generating interactive animated guided user interfaces (GUIs). A telematics cloud platform is configured to receive vehicular telematics data from a telematics device onboard a vehicle. A GUI value compression component determines, based on the vehicular telematics data, a plurality of GUI position values and a plurality of corresponding GUI time values. A geospatial animation app receives the plurality of GUI position values and the plurality of corresponding GUI time values. The geospatial animation app implements an interactive animated GUI that renders a plurality of geospatial graphics or graphical routes on a geographic area map via a display device. The geospatial graphics or graphical routes are rendered to have different visual forms based on differences between respective GUI position values and corresponding GUI time values.

The method comprises receiving an image corresponding to a vehicle indicating driving behavior data associated with a user. A smart ring charging system comprises a charging source integrated into an object, the object configured to be held by a user wearing a smart ring. The smart ring may include a ring-shaped housing and a power source disposed within or at the ring-shaped housing and configured to receive energy from the charging source while the user is wearing the smart ring and holding the object. A controller may be disposed within or at the ring-shaped housing, or at the object with the charger and configured to estimate a charging rate at which the power source receives the energy from the charging source. The system may further include one or more indicators configured to indicate the charging rate.

Vehicle telematics data (e.g., speed data, acceleration data, braking data, cornering data, following distance data, turn signal data, seatbelt use data) associated with a vehicle operator may be analyzed. Systems and methods of visualizing predicted driving risk are provided herein. Vehicle sensor data associated with a vehicle operator may be analyzed. Based on the analysis of the vehicle sensor data, one or more vehicle operation risks associated with the vehicle operator may be predicted. Each vehicle operation risk may be associated with a portion of a vehicle associated with the vehicle operator. Additionally, each vehicle operation risk may be assigned a priority level, e.g., based on predicted likelihood of occurrence, predicted danger of the vehicle operator, predicted damage to the vehicle, etc. A display overview of the vehicle may be presented to the vehicle operator. In the display overview of the vehicle portions of the vehicle associated with each of the predicted vehicle operation risks may be highlighted. In response to a request for a digital map of a geographic area, the system determines whether a user is familiar with the geographic area based on the user's location history. In response to determining that the user is unfamiliar with the geographic area and therefore is a visitor of the geographic area, the system provides recommendations, suggestions, or search results to the user which includes local businesses which are of interest to the user. A smart ring charging system comprises one or more permanent magnets and a smart ring. The smart ring includes a ring-shaped housing, a power source disposed within the ring- shaped housing, and a charging circuit. The charging circuit includes an induction coil, and is configured to charge the power source when user motion changes magnetic flux from the one or more permanent magnets through the induction coil. The smart ring further includes a component, disposed within the ring-shaped housing and configured to draw energy from the power source, and further configured to perform one or more of the following operations: i) sense a physical phenomenon external to the ring-shaped housing, ii) send communication signals to a communication device external to the ring-shaped housing, and iii) implement a user interface.
