A polyether polymer composition containing 200 parts by weight or more of a metal-containing powder per a total of 100 parts by weight of a cationic group-containing low molecular weight polyether polymer composed of 10 to 200 oxirane monomer units, wherein at least a part of the oxirane monomer units is an oxirane monomer unit having a cationic group, and a high molecular weight polyether polymer composed of more than 200 oxirane monomer units is provided.

Polyether polymer composition, method for producing same, and sheet in which same is used

A polyether polymer composition containing 200 parts by weight or more of a metal-containing powder per 100 parts by weight of a polyether polymer having an oxirane monomer unit is provided. The present invention can provide a polyether polymer composition that is capable of appropriately showing various properties of the metal-containing powder such as high heat conductivity and high electrical conductivity and that also has excellent long-term stability.

Polyether polymer composition and sheet

A polyether polymer composition containing 50 parts by weight or more of a filler per 100 parts by weight of a polyether polymer composed of 10 to 200 oxirane monomer units is provided. The present invention can provide a polyether polymer composition that is capable of appropriately showing various properties of the filler such as high heat conductivity and high electrical conductivity and that also has excellent long-term stability.

Polyether polymer composition

The present invention is a polyether-based polymer composition includes: a polyether-based polymer including an oxirane monomer unit and having one cationic group substantially only at one terminal of a polymer chain, and a nanocarbon material. The polyether-based polymer composition of the present invention can be suitably used, for example, as a bucky gel or as a master batch for preparing a nanocarbon material aqueous dispersion in which a nanocarbon material is favorably dispersed.

Polyether-based polymer composition

An electrically conductive composition of the present invention contains an expanded graphite, carbon nanotubes, and a polymer compound. An amount of the expanded graphite to be contained is not less than 30 parts by weight and not more than 70 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of the expanded graphite and the polymer compound. An amount of the carbon nanotubes to be contained is not less than 0.5 part by weight and not more than 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the expanded graphite and the polymer compound.

Conductive composition

Provided is a latex composition including a latex that includes a polymer having a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble component content of at least 1 mass % and no greater than 75 mass % and carbon nanotubes that have an average diameter (Av) and a diameter distribution (3&#x3c3;) satisfying a relationship 0.60&#x3e;3&#x3c3;/Av&#x3e;0.20. A composite material and a conductive formed product obtainable using the latex composition exhibit superior conductivity.

A method of the present invention for producing a carbon nanotube includes: a dispersing step of dispersing a carbon nanotube in a solvent by carrying out a dispersion treatment that brings about a cavitation effect, the carbon nanotube having an average diameter (Av) and a diameter distribution (3&#x3c3;) that satisfy 0.60&#x3e;3&#x3c3;/Av&#x3e;0.20; and a mixing step of mixing carbon nanotube slurry obtained in the dispersing step with latex.

A rubber composition having extremely high electrical conductivity is provided.
