The technology disclosed herein relates to an imaging device. In some embodiments the imaging device has a support plate defining an object plane. A housing surrounds the object plane across the support plate. A first reflector plane is within the housing and in reflective communication with the object plane. The first reflector plane is 68.0° to 70.0° from the object plane. A second reflector plane within the housing and in reflective communication with the object plane. The second reflector plane is 68.0° to 70.0° from the object plane. Other embodiments are also described.

A method for generating a messaging stream where one or more messages are exchanged between a first user and a second user comprises generating a messaging stream where one or more messages are exchanged between a first user and a second user. The method further includes receiving a selection of an animated object from the first user for the messaging stream. The method further includes providing the animated object in the messaging stream. The method further includes receiving a first action from the first user related to the animated object. The method further includes modifying a display of the animated object based on the first action. The method further includes receiving a second action from the second user related to the animated object. The method further includes modifying the display of the animated object based on the second action.

Generating messaging streams with animated objects

Implementations relate to audio output for panoramic images. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method includes causing a first portion of a panoramic image to be displayed by a display device of a user device, and receiving user input at the user device. Based on the user input, the method determines at least a part of a second portion of the panoramic image for display, the second portion associated with a first audio segment and a second audio segment, selects one of the first audio segment and the second audio segment, and causes a change in display of the panoramic image, where the change includes transitioning the display from the first portion to the second portion. The method causes output of the selected audio segment by an audio output device in communication with the user device.
