A device suturing device includes a flexbile tubular insertion portion; a suturing portion disposed at a distal end portion thereof holding a tubular anchor through which a suture thread is insertable; an operation portion disposed at a proximal end portion of the insertion portion; and a suture thread grasping portion inserted through the insertion portion and insertable through the anchor, wherein the suturing portion includes an installation surface on which the anchor is held; a pressing member including a convex portion being arranged to face the installation surface for pressing the anchor; and a driver operating the pressing member via the operation portion, wherein a concave portion is formed on the installation surface into which the convex portion is enterable, and the anchor is sandwiched between the concave portion and the convex portion to be swaged and deformed such that the suture thread is fixed to the anchor.

Suturing device

A suture device including: an elongated shaft member; a pair of gripping members; and a passing mechanism that transfers a suture needle between the gripping members, wherein the passing mechanism is provided with fitting holes provided in the individual gripping members and to which the suture needle is fitted, holding members that are inserted into recessed portions in outer circumferential surface of the suture needle by being pulled toward the proximal end sides thereof in directions that intersect axes of the individual fitting holes, a swing member that is provided so as to be swingable about an axis that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, a pair of tensile-force transmitting members that transmit tensile forces that cause the swing member to be swung, axial-force transmitting members that transmit axial forces associated with swinging of the swing member, and hold-state maintaining mechanism that maintains the holding members in the recessed portions.

Suture device

A suture device including: an elongated shaft member extending along a longitudinal axis; a pair of gripping members provided at a distal end of the elongated shaft member in a pivotable manner about a pivot orthogonal to the longitudinal axis so as to be opened and closed relative to each other; and a passing mechanism which passes a suture needle between the gripping members, in which the gripping members include: fitting hole portions which are formed along an opening-closing direction of the gripping members, and to which the suture needle is detachably fitted; and contact portions which are brought into contact with front and back surfaces of a suture object in a course of a closing action of the gripping members so as to suppress a movement of the suture object along the front surface of the suture object.

A suture body includes: a suture thread having a first end and a second end and fixed to a living tissue; a suture needle connected to the first end; and a thread fixing member connected to the second end. The thread fixing member includes: a rod-shaped protruding portion; and an elastic member having an outer circumferential surface and arranged so that the thread fixing member is in contact with the outer circumferential surface at a predetermined contact pressure. The suture body is configured so that the suture thread can enter between the protruding portion and the elastic member by elastically deforming the elastic member. The suture body further includes a base body to which the protruding portion and the elastic member are fixed. The protruding portion and the elastic member are arranged in an area surrounded by an outer diameter of the base body.

Suture body and suture system

A tissue removal system is provided which enables optimally performing a full-thickness resection of a hollow organ while minimizing invasiveness. In this tissue removal system, a tissue pressing tool which has a tissue contacting part and which is guided into the abdominal cavity, and a resection and anastomosis device work together. The resection and anastomosis device resects and performs anastomosis of tissue positioned between a main body and an anvil part, and, when pressing the tissue to be cut to the cutting position of the resection and anastomosis device by means of the tissue contacting part, the tissue contacting part is pressed against two abutment parts of the resection and anastomosis device.

Tissue removal system

A suturing device includes a longitudinal axis member, an operation unit, a grasp portion, a suture needle, a first engaging member, a second engaging member, a first linear member connected to the first engaging member and the operation unit and configured to switch the first engaging member and the engaging portion into an engaged state or a disengaged state, and a second linear member connected to the second engaging member and the operation unit and configured to switch the second engaging member and the engaging portion into an engaged state or a disengaged state, wherein the first and the second linear member intersect a central axis of the longitudinal axis member between the grasp portion and a distal end of the longitudinal axis member and are inserted into an insertion path to be connected to the operation unit.

An endoscope system of the present invention includes a control part has a computation part which computes the radius of curvature of the central axis of the instrument channel when the input signal is received and, may generate the first driving signal according to a result of the computation part computing the radius of curvature so that a treatment instrument at which a rigid part is provided to be easily inserted into a channel while a view of an observation part is limited from deviating from an object to be treated, even when a radius of curvature of a bending part is small while the bending part is bent.

Endoscope system

An endoscope device includes a flexible insertion portion; a flexible tube portion; a first bending portion; a second bending portion; an observation portion; a first drive portion bending the first bending portion; a second drive portion bending the second bending portion; a position detection portion detecting a position of a rigid distal end portion of a medical instrument; first and second bending detection portions detecting radii of curvature of axes of channels formed in the first and second bending portions and directions in which the channels are bent when an input signal generated by the position detection portion is received, respectively; and a control portion configured to control generating a second drive signal driving the second drive portion based on a first drive signal driving the first drive portion, and sending the second drive signal to the second drive portion while sending the first drive signal.

Endoscope device

This surgical instrument is provided with: an insertion section; a grasping member provided at a distal end portion of the insertion section and formed in a curved shape; a guide section formed along the curved shape and disposed at the grasping member; a first guided section having a disc shape; a second guided section provided at a proximal side of the guide section closer than the first guided section and having a disc shape; a base to which the first guided member and the second guided member are attached; a blade section fixed to the base and protrudes from the grasping member, the blade section being movably along the curved shape of the grasping member by sliding the first guided member and the second guided member along the guide section.

Surgical instrument

There is provided a linear drive ultrasonic motor of which, a size can be made small, and in which, it is possible to guide assuredly while reducing a transfer resistance and a frictional resistance of a driven member. A linear drive ultrasonic motor includes at least, an ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric element, a driven member which is driven by a frictional force between the driven member and the ultrasonic vibrator, a pressing member which presses the ultrasonic vibrator such that a frictional force is generated between the ultrasonic vibrator and the driven member, a rolling member having a spherical shape, which makes a contact with the driven member, and a base member which movably supports the driven member via the rolling member, and the rolling member makes a contact with the driven member at a first contact point, and makes a contact with the base member at two second contact points, and lengths of two straight lines connecting the first contact point and two second contact points are substantially same.

Linear drive ultrasonic motor

There is provided a linear drive ultrasonic motor which is capable of achieving a stable thrust, and which has fewer restrictions regarding a relationship with an external apparatus. The linear drive ultrasonic motor includes at least an ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric element, a driven member which is driven by a frictional force between the driven member and the ultrasonic vibrator, a pressing member which presses the ultrasonic vibrator such that a frictional force is generated between the ultrasonic vibrator and the driven member, a case member which accommodates the ultrasonic vibrator and the pressing member, and a base member which movably supports the driven member, and the case member is assembled with the base member, in a state of a central portion of the pressing member making a contact with the ultrasonic vibrator, and two end portions sandwiching at least the central portion, from among the end portions of the pressing member making a contact with the case member.

An ultrasonic motor produces elliptical vibration by inducing longitudinal vibration and flexural vibration at the same time and drives a driven body by obtaining a drive power from the elliptical vibration. The ultrasonic motor includes a piezoelectric device, reinforcing members which are provided at the antinodes of the flexural vibration on the top side of the piezoelectric device, friction contact members which are provided at the antinodes of the flexural vibration on the bottom side of the piezoelectric device so as to transmit the driving force to the driven body, a holding member which is provided on the piezoelectric device and positioned and held by a case, and a pressure member which presses the holding member so that the friction contact members are brought into a pressure contact with the driven body such that the driven body can be driven by friction.

Ultrasonic motor

A linear drive ultrasonic motor includes at least an ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric element, a driven member which is driven by a frictional force between the ultrasonic vibrator and the driven member, a pressing member which presses the ultrasonic vibrator such that a frictional force is generated between the ultrasonic vibrator and the driven member, a rolling member having a spherical shape, which makes a contact with the driven member, and a base member which movably supports the driven member via the rolling member. The rolling member makes a contact with the base member at a first contact point, and makes a contact with the driven member at two second contact points. Lengths of two straight lines which connect the first contact point and the two second contact points are substantially same.

An ultrasonic motor is provided with an ultrasonic transducer having a piezoelectric element, a holding member fixed to the ultrasonic transducer and holding the ultrasonic transducer, a pressing member pressing the holding member, and a member to be driven which is driven by frictional force between the member to be driven and the ultrasonic transducer. The pressing member has a hole portion and the holding member has a protruding portion engaged with the hole portion in a direction of pressing conducted by the pressing member. The hole portion and the protruding portion abut on each other so that the pressing member presses the member to be driven via the holding member and the ultrasonic transducer, thereby driving the member.

An ultrasonic motor comprises an ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric stack, a press member which is securely connected in the vicinity of a node of a standing wave in the ultrasonic vibrator and which presses the ultrasonic vibrator, a driven member which is driven by frictional force between the driven member and the ultrasonic vibrator, and a case to which the press member is fixed. Here, the press member has holes, and the case has guide pins which engage with the holes provided in the press member. Further, the press member is fixed to the case in a state bent in a press direction.
