[Object] Provided is a printed circuit board ensuring a degree of freedom in circuit design and unlikely to cause a circuit connection failure. [Solving Means] A middle interlayer circuit, an upper surface side interlayer circuit, and a lower surface side interlayer circuitare formed from a connection surface-less integral conductor. In addition, a connection surfacebetween the upper surface side interlayer circuitand an upper surface side surface layer circuitand a connection surfacebetween the lower surface side interlayer circuitand a lower surface side surface layer circuitlack a connection surface in a plate thickness direction, and thus a satisfactory connection state is achieved. Accordingly, a first circuitis unlikely to cause a connection failure. In addition, the upper surface side interlayer circuitand the lower surface side interlayer circuitcan be disposed at misaligned positions in the plane direction of the printed circuit board, and thus the degree of freedom in circuit design increases. [Object] To provide a pump dispenser which allows accurate determination of a direction of spraying of liquid without a nozzle part moving toward a higher or lower position and, furthermore, whose trigger is excellent in operability. [Solution] The present invention is directed to an F valve attachment structure for, in a pump dispenser that causes a piston part to slide to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder part including an F valve and causes the liquid to squirt out from a nozzle part via an S valve, attaching the F valve to the inside of the cylinder part with use of a valve stopper, the F valve including: a valve body part; and a rod-like part extending upward from the valve body part, wherein the valve body part has a plurality of guide pieces and check pieces therearound, the valve stopper has a hole and notches in a ceiling part of the valve stopper, the notches allowing the guide pieces to pass through the notches, the valve stopper is fixable inside the cylinder part, when the valve body part of the F valve is inserted through the hole of the valve stopper, the check pieces are allowed to elastically pass through the hole, and after insertion, the check pieces of the F valve come into contact with the ceiling part of the valve stopper to be retained.

A push pump dispenser injects liquid within a cylinder portion from a nozzle portion by pushing down the finger putting portion located above a grip portion in a state where the grip portion has been grasped by a user. A finger abutting portion of the grip portion is located behind a power point of the finger putting portion.

Push pump dispenser

A pump dispenser includes a housing, a piston structure, a spring, a trigger and a valve. The housing has a front cylinder part and a rear inverted-L-shaped grip part that are integrally formed, a nozzle base that is attached to the housing and that has a front nozzle part mounted thereon. The piston structure is configured of a hollow-shaped piston and a hollow-shaped piston shaft and that slides inside the cylinder part. The spring presses the piston structure upward. The trigger is positioned above the housing, has a front tip rotatably mounted on the housing, and has a mid part where a tip of the hollow-shaped piston shaft abuts. The valve rod is disposed at a center part of the cylinder part.

Trigger type pump dispenser

A pump dispenser which precisely transmits trigger motion and enables stable operation of a piston section. The manually operable pump dispenser is mounted on a vessel wherein the liquid contained in the cylinder section is compressed with a piston section by the displacement of a trigger structure and is ejected through a nozzle orifice. The dispenser includes a base body fixed on the vessel orifice via a packing structure, a cylinder section and a vent cylinder section formed adjacent to each other on the base body, and a trigger structure including a trigger section, a valve casing section mounted on the base body, and a trigger guide section oscillating in the vent cylinder section.

The liquid discharging apparatus for discharging a liquid contained in a container from a nozzle head that is mounted on a cap attached to an opening of the container and is movable up and down together with a piston is characterized in comprising a virgin seal body positioned around a piston engagement hole formed on the cap and integrated with the cap so as to be separable from the cap by way of a thin portion, a vertical slit defined in the virgin seal body and having a pinch portion provided with a slip stopping portion at the opened portion thereof, wherein the nozzle head is fixed to its top dead center by the virgin seal body when the liquid discharging apparatus is not used.

A cylinder 12 is positioned along the vertical axis. A piston 16 and a trigger 18 are provided respectively with a pair of racks 40 capable of meshing with a pair of pinions 38 of a housing 14. By way of the pinion pair 38, pivoting motion of the trigger can be converted into a reciprocating movement of the piston along the vertical axis. It is thus possible to increase the amount of discharge of liquid in one stroke of the trigger without inducing for example a drop in operability upon molding.
