This rear vehicle body structure includes a first floor cross member disposed on a vehicle front side with respect to a battery and connected to a rear side frame extending in a vehicle front-rear direction on an outer side in a vehicle width direction, and a second floor cross member disposed on a vehicle rear side with respect to the battery, in which the first floor cross member includes a widened part widened in the vehicle front-rear direction at an end portion and extending to a position at which it overlaps the battery, and a boundary part between the widened part and the rear side frame is disposed at a position at which it overlaps the battery in a side view.

Rear vehicle body structure

A vehicle body includes: a vehicle body floor having a battery housing portion; a pair of left and right side sills; a front cross member disposed in front of the battery housing portion; a rear cross member disposed behind the battery housing portion; and a battery cover that covers a battery from above. A widened portion of which a height in a vertical direction increases with respect to a center region of the front cross member in a vehicle width direction and of which a front-rear width expands to a vehicle rear side with respect to a front-rear width of the center region of the front cross member in the vehicle width direction is provided on an end portion of the front cross member on an outer side in the vehicle width direction. The battery cover is made of a metal and includes an outer connecting portion connected to the widened portion on an outer side in the vehicle width direction.

Vehicle body lower section structure

An electric vehicle includes: a power storage device; a floor member disposed on a bottom portion of a vehicle body; and a cover member fixed to the floor member and forming a storage space for the power storage device between the floor member and the cover member. The electric vehicle includes: an intake port introducing air in a passenger compartment into the storage space; and an exhaust port exhausting air having been heat-exchanged with the power storage device in the storage space into the passenger compartment. The exhaust port is composed of the floor member and the cover member.

Electric vehicle

An electrically driven vehicle includes a floor panel, a tunnel section, an electrical storage device, and an electric power line. The tunnel section is formed in a vehicle forward/rearward direction in a central portion of the floor panel in a vehicle width direction. The electrical storage device is disposed behind the tunnel section of the vehicle above the floor panel. The electric power line is disposed below the tunnel section and connected to the electrical storage device. The tunnel section has an opening portion formed in a rear end portion of the tunnel section located in front of the electrical storage device of the vehicle and through which the electric power line is inserted.

Electrically driven vehicle

A vehicle includes a motor, a high-voltage device, and a power converter. The motor moves the vehicle. The high-voltage device is disposed inside a vehicle cabin of the vehicle. The power converter is disposed outside the vehicle cabin. The power converter is connected to the motor and the high-voltage device to convert electric power output from the high-voltage device and to supply the converted electric power to the motor. The high-voltage device is arranged to be juxtaposed to the power converter along a front-rear direction of the vehicle.

Vehicle

A vehicle includes a floor panel, a battery module, a heater duct, and an exhaust duct. The battery module is disposed on the floor panel under a seat. The heater duct is disposed on the floor panel to discharge air output from an air conditioner through the heater duct. The exhaust duct is provided on the floor panel to discharge air output from the battery module through the exhaust duct. The exhaust duct intersects the heater duct viewed in a height direction of the vehicle.

A battery unit includes a battery module, an upper frame member, a battery case, a battery cover, a sealing member, and a sealing bolt. The battery module is suspended from the upper frame member. The battery case has an opening to accommodate the battery module in the battery case. The battery cover is to cover the opening of the battery case. The sealing member is to seal a gap between the battery case and the battery cover. The sealing bolt is provided on the battery cover and secured to the upper frame member to connect the battery module and the battery cover via the upper frame member.

Battery unit and vehicle

A packing includes a base part that is attached to a duct, and a seal lip part that extends from the base part toward a battery module to press against the battery module. A first bend portion is provided midway in the seal lip part. A second bend portion is provided in a continuous portion between the base part and the seal lip part. The first bend portion and the second bend portion are bent in a direction opposite to each other.

Packing and seal structure of battery module

An electric storage device includes at least first to third storage modules and storage-module busbars. The at least first to third storage modules each include a plurality of storage cells. The at least first to third storage modules are arranged next to each other. Storage-module terminals of the at least first to third storage modules are adjacent to each other. The storage-module terminals of the at least first to third storage modules are electrically connected to each other with the storage-module busbars. The storage-module busbars includes a long storage-module busbar and a short storage-module busbar. The long storage-module busbar is provided at a first side of the at least first to third storage modules. The short storage-module busbar is provided at a second side of the at least first to third storage modules. The long storage-module busbar is longer than the short storage-module busbar.
