Disclosed is a medical robot system including medical robots placed at different locations and a data analysis apparatus. Each of the medical robots includes a controller that transmits data on a state of operation of the medical robot to the data analysis apparatus. The data analysis apparatus includes a data analysis unit that generates a reference for determining whether or not the medical robots are normal, based on the data transmitted from the medical robots. The data analysis unit monitors the data transmitted from each of the medical robots in operation based on the reference.

The controller is configured to calculate an actual translation amount by multiplying the translation amount by a predetermined translation scale factor and move the surgical tool in accordance with the actual translation amount, and to calculate an actual rotation amount by multiplying the rotation amount by a predetermined rotation scale factor and move the surgical tool in accordance with the actual rotation amount. The translation scale factor and the rotation scale factor are different values.

A stopper according to one or more embodiments may include: a stopper body; and a rotation restriction portion provided at the stopper body and configured to restrict rotations of the drive transmission member. The adapter includes: a base body that includes a first surface attached to a robot arm, and a second surface to which a surgical instrument is attached; an engaging portion that engages with the robot arm at an advanced position corresponding to an opening of the first surface; an urging member that urges the engaging portion in a direction from a retracted position to the advanced position; an operation portion connected to the engaging portion to shift the engaging portion to the retracted position while resisting an urging force of the urging member; and a stopper that stops the operation portion to prevent a shift of the engaging portion from the retracted position to the advanced position.

The second position may be an imaging position or an imaging preparation position where an image is taken by the medical imaging device. The first position may be surgery position where a shortest distance between the robotic bed and a location of the medical imaging device is at least a predetermined distance.

The instrument has a shaft extending in a longitudinal direction, a treatment tool arranged at a distal end of the shaft, and a treatment tool control portion that is arranged at a proximal end of the shaft and controls the treatment tool. The grip mechanism has a gripping portion. The gripping portion grips the treatment tool control portion such that the treatment tool control portion is rotatable about a rotational axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the shaft, and movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the shaft.

Data of the combination which causes the interference is stored in a storage portion. It is determined whether or not an operating command transferred to a control portion corresponds to the combination which causes the interference. When it is determined that the operating command corresponds to the combination which causes the interference, the control portion executes interference preventing processing.
