An inching control device reliably protects the clutch during inching operation while not interfering with workability during inching operation. The device includes an allowable heat generation rate acquiring means for acquiring the allowable heat generation rate for the clutch plate, an operation amount detecting means for detecting the amount of the operation of the inching operation member, a heat generation rate calculating means for calculating the heat generation rate of the clutch plate during inching from the amount of the operation of the inching operation member, and an oil pressure controlling means for controlling the clutch oil pressure so that the heat generation rate obtained by the heat generation rate calculating means during inching does not exceed the allowable heat generation rate.

Work vehicle and inching control device thereof

A motor grader is provided with an engine, front and rear travel wheels, a transmission, a work implement, a control unit, and a vehicle speed adjusting knob. The transmission has hydraulic clutches for switching between forward and reverse travel and for switching between speed stages. The transmission changes the speed of power from the engine, and transmits the power to either the front travel wheels and/or to the rear travel wheels. The work implement includes a blade for grading. During travel at a forward first speed, the control unit causes one of the hydraulic clutches of the transmission to operate as a braking clutch such that the motor grader travels at a very low speed. The vehicle speed adjusting knob is a member for setting the vehicle speed during very low-speed travel to an arbitrary speed.

Motor grader

A power transmission device includes a first planetary gear reducer, a second planetary gear reducer and a hydraulic clutch mechanism. The first planetary gear reducer includes: a first sun gear receiving torque inputted thereto; a first carrier supporting plural first planet gears; and a first ring gear coupled to a wheel. The second planetary gear reducer includes: a second sun gear coupled to the first carrier; a second carrier, coupled to the hydraulic clutch mechanism while supporting plural second planet gears; and a second ring gear coupled to the first ring gear and the wheel. The hydraulic clutch mechanism includes a rotary part coupled to the second carrier and a stationary part configured to be coupled/decoupled to/from the rotary part.

Power transmission device for work vehicle

A transmission for a wheel type working vehicle which makes it possible to reduce a size of a transmission mechanism for transmitting a mechanical driving force and a hydraulic driving force from the transmission to a front and rear wheel driving output shaft that is along a vehicle longitudinal direction. For this purpose, a bevel gear () and a cylindrical gear () are included at a front and rear wheel driving output shaft () for transmitting the mechanical driving force and the hydraulic driving force to front and rear wheels, and the front and rear wheel driving output shaft () is connected to an output shaft () of a mechanical transmission mechanism () via a bevel gear transmission mechanism (), and is also connected to a hydraulic power transmission mechanism () connected to a hydraulic motor () via a cylindrical gear transmission mechanism ().

Transmission for wheel type working vehicle

A wheel traveling and operating vehicle includes a tire wheel traveling apparatus having axles in front and rear portions of a chassis frame body, an engine providing a traveling power, and a transmission. The transmission is provided with a transmission portion arranged so that an input shaft and an output shaft transverse an axis (X&#x2014;X) in a vehicle longitudinal direction in parallel to each other at forward and backward positions of the axis and a bevel gear output portion outputting a tire wheel driving power to the output shaft toward a direction of the axis. The input shaft of the transmission portion is connected to the engine horizontally mounted to one side surface of right and left sides of the chassis frame body on the same axis as the engine output shaft and the bevel gear output portion is connected to front and rear tire wheel driving propeller shafts.
