A semiconductor laser module includes: a semiconductor laser element emitting a laser light; an optical fiber, into which the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element is incident, guiding the laser light; and an optical-fiber-holding unit having a fixing agent and holding the optical fiber, the fixing agent being for fixing the optical fiber. The fixing agent is provided at an area in which a power of a leakage light of the laser light having been incident into the optical fiber and then emitted to outside the optical fiber is low.

An image-formed object comprises a background region where an optical diffraction structure for background focusing a predetermined design as a hologram image at a predetermined image-formation distance, and at least one inset region provided so as to be inset in the background region, wherein, in the inset region, an optical diffraction structure for inset focusing a hologram image of the same design and color as the hologram image of the optical diffraction structure for background is formed at an image-formation distance different from the image-formation distance of the optical diffraction structure for background.

An image forming method of forming a full-color image in which black can be expressed in addition to a color expressed by diffracted light. Each of plural diffraction gratings R, G, and B is transferred onto a base material from a transfer sheet in which the plural diffraction gratings R, G, and B are laminated, and the plural diffraction gratings R, G, and B are different from one another in a color of diffracted light observed in a particular direction.
