A pharmaceutical composition for therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of cancer to be administered into lymph nodes, comprising at least one anticancer drug selected from the group consisting of antimetabolites and anticancer plant alkaloids as an active ingredient.

An electrode orientation checking apparatus includes a machine stand attached to a seam welding apparatus from which one roller electrode of a set has been removed, a positioning guide and a set of distance sensors that are provided on the machine stand, and a calculating section. A positioning surface of the positioning guide is fixed at a position corresponding to a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the one roller electrode before being removed, the portion lying on a line segment connecting rotational centers of the roller electrodes. Particularly, it is expected to be applied to nucleic acid drugs because of its much stronger binding affinity for single-stranded RNAs than S-oligo's affinity.

A two-electrode arc welding device and two-electrode arc welding method are provided for performing welding with improved penetration performance using two non-consumable electrodes. In a two-electrode arc welding device, a power-supply unit outputs a straight-polarity voltage and a reverse-polarity voltage, which has a different electrical potential than the straight-polarity voltage. The straight-polarity voltage output from the power-supply unit is applied to a non-consumable electrode of a straight-polarity arc torch, whereby an arc is formed. The reverse-polarity voltage output from the power-supply unit is applied to a non-consumable electrode of a straight-polarity arc torch, whereby an arc is formed. An arc spacing distance, which is a distance between the ends of both the straight-polarity arc torch and the reverse-polarity arc torch, is set to be at least a minimum distance at which an arc will not occur therebetween (arc spacing critical distance).
