A shoulder belt has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, and includes a first section and a second section spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction in a cross section intersecting the longitudinal direction, and a third section connecting between the first section and the second section. An expansion and contraction ratio of the third section is higher than each expansion and contraction ratio of the first section and the second section. Bending resistance of the third section is lower than each bending resistance of the first section and the second section.

Provided is a method for manufacturing an iron golf club head by forging a single round rod member with a pair of dies to form, as a single piece, a body and a neck into which a shaft is to be inserted. The method includes: a first step of heating the single round rod member into a heated material; a second step of placing the heated material in the pair of dies; and a third step of forging the heated material placed in the pair of dies. In the third step, the heated material is prevented from flowing out from parting surfaces of the respective dies at a sole side of the body in the pair of dies, and the heated material blocked at the sole side in the pair of dies flows toward each of a toe of the body and the neck in the pair of dies.

Method for manufacturing iron golf club head, iron golf club head, and iron golf club

An adjustable golf club is disclosed. The adjustable golf club can include a club head having a sole. The sole of the club head may have two or more tracks located thereon. Each track can be configured to receive at least one weight. The two or more tracks may be three tracks. The three tracks can comprise an elongated central track, a first short track disposed on a first side of the elongated central track, and a second short track disposed on the second side of the elongated central track.

Multi-track adjustable golf club

An adjustable golf club is disclosed. The club can be adjusted by moving one or more sliders located proximate the heel of the club. The sliders can move to enable the loft and lie of the club to be adjusted independently. To adjust the club, a user can loosen a fastener, reposition the sliders, and re-tighten the fastener. The one or more sliders can slide against a spherical surface with its origin at the center of rotation of the shaft. In this configuration, when the sliders are pressed against the spherical surface, the spherical surface can enable the club to remain properly adjusted.

An iron golf club has a club length L measured in accordance with 60-degrees method of at least 36.5 inches, and it includes: a carbon shaft; a weight attached to said carbon shaft; a grip attached to one end of said carbon shaft; and a head attached to the other end of said carbon shaft. Sum total of mass of the carbon shaft, the weight, the grip and the head is at least 0.3996 kg and at most 0.4197 kg. A value r/L, where r represents a distance from an upper end of the grip to the center of gravity of the iron golf club, is at least 0.765 and at most 0.795. Thus, an iron golf club realizing improved easiness of swing can be provided.

Iron golf club

A golf club having a value of L not less than 45.5 inches, with L representing a club length measured with a 60-degree method, includes a shaft, a grip attached to one end of the shaft, and a head attached to the other end of the shaft. A value of r/L is equal to or not smaller than 0.658 and equal to or not greater than 0.732, where r represents a distance from an upper end of the grip to the center of gravity of the golf club. Thus, a long-length golf club achieving an increased head speed can be obtained.

Described herein are iron golf club heads and sets of iron golf clubs that have variable weight distribution. Each iron golf club head has a cavity and a y-shaped cavity pad disposed on at least a portion of a back wall of the cavity. The y-shaped cavity pad provide reduced vibrations within the cavity when the iron golf club head strikes a golf ball. The y-shaped cavity pad also provides an enlarged sweet spot to provide increased forgiveness for off-center hits. Other aspects, features, and embodiments are also claimed and described.

Iron golf club heads and golf club sets with variable weight distribution

A golf club head of the wood-type, including: a body defining an interior cavity and including a ball-striking face, a sole, a crown, and a ribbon extending rearwardly from the face; an elongated groove that extends along a portion of the ribbon; a weight slidably disposed in the elongated grove; and a fastener affixed to the weight capable of selectively fixing a location of the weight. Golf club head and golf clubs

Described herein are iron golf club heads and sets of iron golf clubs that have variable weight distribution. Each iron golf club head has a cavity and a groove with a raised portion disposed therein. The groove and the raised portion can deepen the center of mass depth and lengthen the effective face length of the iron golf club. The width of the groove may vary between each golf club in a set of iron golf clubs, such that the width of the groove of the long irons is greater that the width of the groove of the middle irons, and the width of the groove of the middle irons is greater than the width of the optional groove of the short irons.
