A piston pump includes: a first biasing mechanism configured to bias a swash plate in accordance with control pressure supplied; a second biasing mechanism configured to bias the swash plate against the first biasing mechanism; and a regulator configured to control the control pressure in accordance with self-pressure of the piston pump. The regulator has: an outer spring and an inner spring configured to be extended and compressed by following tilting of the swash plate; a control spool configured to be moved in accordance with biasing forces exerted by the outer spring and the inner spring, the control spool being configured to adjust the control pressure; an auxiliary spring configured to exert biasing force to the control spool against the biasing forces exerted by the outer spring and the inner spring; and an adjusting mechanism configured to adjust the biasing force exerted by the auxiliary spring.

Fluid pressure rotating machine

A pump displacement control device includes: a servo piston that changes a tilt angle; a flow rate control spool that is displaced corresponding to an input pressure; a power control spool that is displaced corresponding to a discharge pressure of the pump; a control pressure regulating spool that regulates a control pressure which controls the servo piston; and a feedback lever connected to the servo piston and the control pressure regulating spool. The feedback lever directly abut on either one of the flow rate control spool or the power control spool for regulating the control pressure.

A piston pump includes: a tilting mechanism configured to bias a swash plate in accordance with a control pressure; a support spring configured to support the swash plate; and a regulator configured to control a control pressure guided to the tilting mechanism in accordance with a self-pressure of the piston pump. The regulator has an outer spring and an inner spring configured to be extended and compressed by following tilting of the swash plate; and a control spool configured to be moved in accordance with a biasing force from the outer spring and the inner spring, the control spool being configured to regulate the control pressure, and the outer spring and the inner spring and the support spring are provided adjacent to each other and in parallel with respect to the swash plate.

A swash-plate type piston pump includes a cylinder block configured to be rotated with rotation of a driving shaft, a plurality of pistons accommodated in a plurality of cylinders provided in the cylinder block, a swash plate configured to reciprocate the piston so that a volume chamber of the cylinder is expanded/contracted with the rotation of the cylinder block, an biasing mechanism configured to bias the swash plate in a direction where a tilting angle is made larger, a control pin configured to drive the swash plate in a direction where the tilting angle is made smaller in accordance with a rise in a load pressure of a pressure chamber, and a discharge channel configured to discharge the load pressure of the pressure chamber.

A hydraulic rotating machine includes a case, a cylinder block housed in the case and having a plurality of cylinders, a piston reciprocatively inserted into the cylinder; a swash plate configured to reciprocate the piston as the cylinder block rotates, a tilt control piston configured to biase the swash plate and control a tilt angle of the swash plate, and a stopper mounted to the case, the stopper being configured to define a minimum tilt angle of the swash plate. The stopper has a sliding surface for slidably supporting the tilt control piston.

A pump device includes a variable capacity first pump, a tilt actuator that controls a tilt angle of a swash plate of the first pump in accordance with the control pressure, a regulator that regulates the control pressure in accordance with a front-rear differential pressure of a control valve, a fixed capacity second pump driven by the same drive source as the first pump, the control actuator that operates in accordance with the front-rear differential pressure a resistor so as to drive the regulator to reduce the control pressure in response to an increase in the front-rear differential pressure of the resistor, an auxiliary passage that leads an auxiliary pressure to the control actuator, the auxiliary pressure acting on the control actuator against a upstream pressure of the resistor, and a switch valve that switches between connecting and shutoff the auxiliary passage.

A pump volume control apparatus includes: a tilting piston; a pump volume switching valve configured to adjust a tilt driving pressure by a movement of a spool; a flow rate control spring configured to bias the spool in accordance with a tilt angle; a horsepower control piston configured to move in accordance with a pump discharge pressure; and a horsepower control spring configured to bias the horsepower control piston in accordance with the tilt angle. The tilt driving pressure is adjusted by means of the movement of the spool in accordance with a force acting on the spool in response to a flow rate controlling signal pressure in a flow rate controlled state, and is adjusted by means of the movement of the spool in accordance with a force acting on the horsepower control piston in response to the pump discharge pressure in a horsepower controlled state.

A swash plate type piston pump includes a plurality of pistons, a cylinder block including a plurality of cylinders for housing the pistons, a swash plate for reciprocating the pistons to expand and contract volume chambers of the cylinders with the rotation of the cylinder block, a biasing mechanism for biasing the swash plate in a direction to increase a tilting angle, a first control pin for driving the swash plate in a direction to reduce the tilting angle according to a first load pressure, and a second control pin for driving the swash plate in a direction to reduce the tilting angle according to a second load pressure. The first and second control pins are connected in series.

A fluid pressure rotary machine includes a cylinder block that is fixed to a rotary shaft and includes a plurality of cylinder bores, a piston disposed to be free to slide in each cylinder bore such that a volume chamber is defined thereby, a swash plate that causes the piston to reciprocate such that the volume chamber expands and contracts, and a valve plate that slides against the cylinder block and includes an intake port and a discharge port communicating with the volume chamber. The valve plate includes a sliding surface formed to project in a spherical shape against the cylinder block. The cylinder block includes a sliding surface formed as an indentation corresponding to the shape of the sliding surface of the valve plate. A minute gap is formed between the sliding surface of the valve plate and the sliding surface of the cylinder block in an outer edge position.

Fluid pressure rotary machine

A servo regulator that causes a servo piston to move on the basis of working fluid pressure in two pressure chambers includes: a sleeve that is inserted into an insertion hole formed in a case and has a supply port capable of supplying a working fluid from a fluid pressure source to one of the pressure chambers; a spool valve disposed in the sleeve so as to be biased by a biasing member; and a solenoid that is attached to the case in order to drive the spool valve via a plunger. The sleeve includes a pressure receiving portion on which a fluid pressure of the working fluid from the fluid pressure source is exerted, and is pressed against an end surface of the solenoid by a biasing force acting on the pressure receiving portion.
