The air-fuel ratio control section () controls &#x3bb; based on the output of the air-fuel ratio sensor () using, as a target air-fuel ratio, a predetermined air-fuel ratio such that 0.980&#x2264;&#x3bb;&#x3c;1.000 is satisfied, and when a change amount &#x394;&#x3bb; &#x3bb; is 0.008, an output difference &#x394;V is 150 mV or smaller. The temperature control section () controls the temperature of the air-fuel ratio sensor () to a predetermined target temperature of 650&#xb0; C. or higher.

Gas concentration detection device

A gas sensor () includes an oxygen pump cell () and an oxygen-concentration detection cell () laminated together with a spacer () interposed therebetween. The spacer () has a gas detection chamber () which faces electrodes () of the cells (). The oxygen-concentration detection cell () produces an output voltage corresponding to the concentration of oxygen in the gas detection chamber (). The oxygen pump cell () pumps oxygen into and out of the measurement chamber () such that the output voltage of the oxygen-concentration detection cell () becomes equal to a predetermined target voltage. A leakage portion mainly formed of zirconia is disposed between which electrically connects the oxygen-concentration detection cell () and the oxygen pump cell ().

Refrigeration apparatus

A refrigeration apparatus includes an outdoor unit having a first compressor and a second compressor connected in parallel with each other, a first oil separator attached to the first compressor and connected to a suction pipe of the second compressor via a first oil return piping including a pressure reducing device, and a second oil separator attached to the second compressor and connected to a suction pipe of the first compressor via a second oil return piping including a pressure reducing device. The suction pipes of the first and second compressors are connected together. The first compressor is a variable-speed compressor, and the second compressor is a constant-speed compressor. A solenoid valve selectively forming a bypass circuit with respect to the pressure reducing device, is connected in parallel with the pressure reducing device of the first oil return piping. The solenoid valve is opened when the first compressor is restarted.

A semiconductor device includes a dual gate CMOS logic circuit having gate electrodes with different conducting types and a trench capacitor type memory on a same substrate includes a trench of the substrate for the trench capacitor, a dielectric film formed in the trench, a first poly silicon film formed inside of the trench, and a cell plate electrode located above the dielectric film. The cell plate electrode includes a first poly silicon film formed on the dielectric film partially filling the trench, and a second poly silicon film formed on the first poly silicon film to completely fill the trench.
