An inhibiter switch is configured to include a fixed contact point that is connected to and disconnected from a movable contact point. The movable contact point is configured to make pressure contact with the fixed contact point by the movement of a movable board by a shaft member, wherein a press-fit amount of the shaft member to a projecting portion is made smaller toward a connecting portion between the projecting portion and an inner periphery of an insert hole of the movable board.

Switch

A movable contact point for an inhibiter switch includes a movable contact point that makes pressure contact with a fixed contact point is slid to cause the movable contact point and the fixed contact point to be connected and disconnected. The movable contact point comprises parallel side wall portions and a sliding portion that slides on the fixed contact point and that connects end portions of the side wall portions. Projecting portions that project in the sliding direction are provided in notch portions in the side walls, wherein the projecting portions abut against each other between the side wall portions in the sliding direction.

Movable contact point for switch

A movable board with movable contact points is arranged inside a switch case formed by overlap of a substrate with fixed contact points and a lid body. A top end surface of the substrate has a concave streak portion and a ring groove for accommodating a seal ring, wherein a projecting streak portion provided on a lower surface of a flange portion in the lid body is fitted in the concave streak portion for welding. A seal bearing mounted to shaft holes provided on an opposing portion between the substrate and the lid body comprises a cylindrical body portion fitted in at least one of the shaft holes, and a lip-shaped seal portion extending to a side of a rotary surface of a shaft portion from an inner peripheral surface of the body portion to make flexible contact with the rotary surface.

A rotation angle sensor providing excellent output characteristics is provided. The rotation angle sensor has a structure in which a ring-shaped permanent magnet provided so as to be rotatable integrally with a rotor connected to a member to be detected; magnetic flux gathering yokes surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped permanent magnet with a certain clearance being formed between the outer circumferential surface and the magnetic flux gathering yokes; and Hall ICsarranged in gaps between the magnetic flux gathering yokes, are arranged inside a casing formed by a casing body and a cover. In the casing body, a guide tube surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped permanent magnet is formed with a certain clearance being formed between the outer circumferential surface and the guide tube. The guide tube is made of a material having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the casing, and the magnetic flux gathering yokes are fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the guide tube.

Rotation angle sensor

A cover slide wall has a first cutter portion and a second cutter portion integrally formed therewith. The first and the second cutter portions have an overlap area and oppositely directed cutter edges on the circumference via a first insertion gap for communicating a radial inside and a radial outside. A holder faces the outer periphery of the second cutter portion at the radial outside via a second insertion gap. The flat cable is inserted from the stationary terminal portion into the second insertion gap, and folded back at the cutter edge of the second cutter portion so as to be wired from the cutter edge of the first cutter portion 13 to the inside of the cover slide wall through the first insertion gap.

A rotation detecting apparatus including a drive gear rotatably supported by a case and capable of rotating cooperatively with an object to be detected, driven gears and rotatably supported by the case and brought in mesh with the drive gear, magnets provided at rotational center portions of the driven gears and having plane portions formed with N poles and S poles, a circuit board arranged at the case and capable of being connected to outside, magnetic reluctance elements attached to the circuit board and opposed to the plane portions of the magnets and an electronic circuit part for convertion output signals of the magnetic reluctance element into rotational angle signals, wherein the magnets of the driven gears are formed with the N poles and the S poles by magnetizing the magnets after having been subjected to insert molding by a resin.

A rotation detecting apparatus including a drive gear rotatably supported by a case having a cover and capable of rotating cooperatively with an object to be detected, driven gears and brought in mesh with the drive gear and capable of rotating cooperatively therewith, magnets and provided at rotational center portions of the driven gears and having plane portions formed with N poles and S poles, a circuit board arranged at the case and capable of connecting to outside, magnetic reluctance elements attached to the circuit board and being opposed to the plane portions of the magnets and an electronic circuit part for converting an output signal of the magnetic reluctance element into a rotational angle signal, wherein the driven gears and are interposed by the case and the cover and a constant distance is maintained between the plane portion and the magnetic reluctance element.
