A vehicle system in a vehicle, comprising a first sensor configured to survey an environment proximate to the vehicle, including an object outside of the vehicle, a second sensor located within a vehicle cabin and configured to obtain data indicative of facial information of an occupant of the vehicle, and a processor in communication with the first and second sensors and programmed to output information regarding the object on a display of the vehicle system in response to the data indicative of the facial information indicating that the occupant is viewing the object outside of the vehicle.

In a seat component received in a receiving region of a first body of a body, one surface of a contacting portion and one surface of an engaging portion are planar and are flush with each other, and the other surface of the contacting portion and the other surface of the engaging portion are planar and are flush with each other. The engaging portion engages two portions of the first body, which form one opening of the receiving region, in a state where a distal end of the seat component reaches another opening of the receiving region. Furthermore, in the state where the engaging portion engages the portions of the first body, a second body of the body covers the one opening and contacts the engaging portion. Thereby, the engaging portion engages the three portions of the body, so that movement of the seat component is effectively limited.

Valve device

A vehicle control apparatus is mounted on a vehicle including an emergency stop function to detect an abnormal state of a driver and automatically stop the vehicle. The vehicle control apparatus provides control at a time of stopping the vehicle and includes process execution sections and a process stop section. The process execution sections perform predetermined emergency processes in response to the emergency stop function stopping the vehicle; the emergency processes control instruments mounted on the vehicle and use a battery of the vehicle as a driving power source. The process stop section stepwise stops at least part of the emergency processes performed by the process execution sections based on a predetermined stop sequence.

A biasing force adjustment device includes: a cylindrical component having a first thread part; a reciprocate component accommodated in the cylindrical component; a biasing portion that biases the reciprocate component in a first direction; and a biasing force adjustment component that adjusts a biasing force of the biasing portion. A physical quantity detection apparatus includes a signal output section, a correction value calculation section, and a processing section. The signal output section outputs signals in accordance with a change in physical quantity of a detected object. The correction value calculation section calculates a correction value. The processing section corrects values based on actual output values of the signal output section with the correction value, calculates physical quantities of the detected object based on corrected values, and outputs calculated physical quantities. The correction value calculation section calculates the correction value based on primary error amounts that are differences between post-interpolation actual output values calculated by executing a linear function interpolation process to the values based on the actual output values within a predetermined physical quantity range and the values based on the actual output values corresponding to the post-interpolation actual output values.

Physical quantity detection apparatus and inspection method of physical quantity detection apparatus

In a position detector for detecting a position of a detection body, a signal processing circuit processes a signal outputted from a magnetic field detection element. A first storage circuit stores the signal outputted from the magnetic field detection element and outputs a signal to an external device through an output circuit in a normal operation mode. A second storage circuit stores an output value of the first storage circuit. When a malfunction determination circuit determines an instantaneous power interruption mode, a signal route changing circuit prevents a signal transmission between the first storage circuit and the second storage circuit and a signal transmission between the first storage circuit and the output circuit, prevents the second storage circuit from updating data for a certain period of time, and permits the second storage circuit in which updating is prevented to output a signal to the output circuit.

Position detector

A first integrated circuit includes a first voltage output circuit for outputting a voltage, which proportionally increases in correspondence to an angular position of a throttle valve, a first protective resistor, a first output terminal connected to the first protective resistor, and a first abnormality detection circuit for outputting a first abnormality detection signal based on a voltage produced by the first protective resistor. A second integrated circuit is configured similarly to the first integrated circuit by a second voltage output circuit, a second protective resistor, a second output terminal, and a second abnormality detection circuit.

Position detecting device

A permanent magnet is fixed to a stationary portion. A yoke made of magnetic material is provided to a rotating portion. The yoke is tube-shaped to surround the permanent magnet and has a chord portion into which a magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet preferentially flows. The chord portion is arranged in such a manner as to be close to the permanent magnet. A Hall element is arranged at a specified position of the stationary portion relative to the permanent magnet. The Hall element outputs a signal which corresponds to a density and an angle of a magnetic flux generated between the chord portion and the permanent magnet.

An obtaining unit obtains information about a condition where a vehicle is placed. A detection unit detects at least one of a voice and an action of an occupant of the vehicle. An estimation unit estimates an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled target according to the condition where the vehicle is placed. A determination unit determines an in-vehicle apparatus to be a controlled in-vehicle apparatus and determines a control content thereof in consideration of the at least one of a voice and an action. A notification unit notifies the occupant of the in-vehicle apparatus to be controlled and the control content thereof determined by the determination unit. A control unit controls the in-vehicle apparatus according to the determination of the determination unit when receiving a response to the notification of the notification unit from the occupant to permit the control of the in-vehicle apparatus.

Control system for vehicle and method for controlling in-vehicle apparatus

An automatic control system stores information of an executed automatic control in a memory, and lists records of automatic controls that are cancellable based on an instruction from a user of the automatic control system. When the user selects the record of the executed automatic control in the list, the automatic control system sends to a subject device an instruction that instructs the subject device to return to a pre-execution condition of the automatic control performed on the subject device.

An alarm device for a vehicle includes state information obtaining unit, alarm information obtaining unit, alarming unit, and controlling unit. The state information obtaining obtains as state information at least one of information of an occupant, information of the vehicle, and information of a surrounding of the vehicle. The alarm information obtaining unit obtains alarm information. The alarming unit informs the occupant of the alarm information. The controlling unit determines an expiration time of the alarm information based on the state information obtained by the state information obtaining unit when the controlling unit receives the alarm information from the alarm information obtaining unit, wherein the control unit causes the alarming unit to inform the occupant of the alarm information while the expiration time is valid.

Alarm device and alarm system

A notification controller allows a notification apparatus to perform notification in accordance with input of notification request information from a notification information transmitter. The notification controller determines whether or not the notification request information supplied from the notification information transmitter can be disabled from provision in accordance with a user operation. When the information supplied is determined to be disabled from provision in accordance with a user operation, the notification controller prompts a user to determine whether or not to stop the notification.
