A connection module according to the present disclosure is a connection moduleattached to a power storage element groupin which a plurality of power storage elements, each having an electrode terminal, are arranged, and includes a connection member, an insulation protector, a wire, and a terminal. The connection member is connected to the electrode terminals. The insulation protectoris assembled with the power storage element groupin a state where the connection member and the wire are accommodated therein. The terminal is capable of being connected to the connection member in a state in which the terminal is connected to an end of the wire. The insulation protectorincludes a terminal holding part. The terminal holding partremovably holds the terminal in a state before the terminal is connected to the connection member.

Connection module

Erroneous identification of parts is prevented. A connection module disclosed in the present specification is a connection module that is to be attached to an electricity storage element group in which a plurality of electricity storage elements each including positive and negative electrode terminals are arranged. The connection module includes: a plurality of busbars configured to connect the electrode terminals of the adjacent electricity storage elements to each other; and an insulating protector configured to be fixed to the electricity storage element group in a state in which the insulating protector holds the plurality of busbars, wherein the insulating protector is formed by a first protector and a second protector that is separate from the first protector, the first protector is provided with a first identifier, and the second protector is provided with a second identifier that is different from the first identifier.

Connection module and electricity storage module

Provided is a connection module that can prevent a detection wire from coming away from a branch line path that is formed as a narrow path with a simple configuration. A connection module includes: a busbar configured to connect electrode terminals of adjacent electricity storage elements to each other; an insulating protector configured to hold the busbar in an insulated manner; and a detection wire that is to be connected to the busbar. The insulating protector includes a main line path, and a branch line path that branches from the main line path, has a width narrower than the width of the main line path, and in which the detection wireis to be routed. The branch line path includes a pair of opposing path walls, and an elastic retaining piece that is formed on at least one path wall of the pair of path walls.

A connection module to be attached to a power storage element group having a plurality of power storage elements includes a plurality of bus bars each connecting electrode terminals of adjacent power storage elements, a wire bundle that is a bundle of wires for transmitting information, and an insulating protector that holds the plurality of bus bars. The insulating protector includes a protector body that insulates the bus bars from each other and a wire fixing portion provided at a position of the protector body at which the wires are drawn out, and the wire fixing portion includes an extension portion to which the wire bundle is to be fixed and that extends from an end portion of the protector body in a direction in which the wire bundle is drawn out, and a reinforcing portion that is continuous with the extension portion and the protector body.

Provided is a wiring module with which there is no risk that a connector will interfere with other components in a state in which the connector is not connected to an external device. A wiring module to be attached to a power storage element group in which a plurality of power storage elements are lined up includes a bus bar for electrically connecting the plurality of power storage elements together, an insulating protector that accommodates the bus bar and is to be mounted onto the power storage element group, a wire that extends from the bus bar to the outside of the insulating protector, a connector that is provided at an extending end portion of the wire, the extending end portion extending from the insulating protector, and a connector holder that is provided in the insulating protector and detachably holds the connector.

Wiring module

A connection apparatus for connecting a battery module and an electronic device is for connecting a battery module in which a plurality of electric cells are arranged in a line and are connected to each other, and an electronic device arranged on a side of the battery module. The connection apparatus includes: a connection bus bar in which a welding plate to be connected to a connection electrode in the battery module is provided at one end, and the other end portion to be connected to a connecting portion of the electronic device is provided at the other end; and an insulating cover that is made of a synthetic resin and is attached to a lower face of the connection bus bar.

Connection apparatus for connecting battery module and electronic device, and method for manufacturing insulating cover

A busbar module includes a busbar holding plate and a busbar cover attached to the busbar holding plate. The busbar holding plate includes a busbar holding face and a bearing including a hole and a wall to define the hole. The busbar cover includes protrusions protruding toward each other in the axial direction at positions corresponding to the hole. The protrusions are opposed to each other with a gap less than a dimension of the hole in the axial direction. The protrusions are disposed in the hole to rotate the busbar cover about the protrusions between a covering position and an uncovering position. The busbar cover is flexible to deform such that the gap expands to allow the wall to pass through the gap during attachment of the bulbar cover to the busbar holding plate and restores its original shape when passing of the wall through the gap is complete.

Busbar module

Provided is a technique that prevents impairment of attachability of an external connection bus bar. The present specification discloses a connection module to be attached to a power storage element group constituted by a plurality of power storage elements each having positive and negative electrode terminals and arranged side by side, the connection module including: a negative-electrode external connection bus bar that includes a plate-shaped extension portion and is configured to be electrically connected to an electrode terminal; and a second protector that holds the negative-electrode external connection bus bar. The second protector includes a placement portion on which the extension portion is placed and a locking portion that has a locking surface facing the placement portion, and the extension portion is provided with an extended locking piecethat extends from the extension portion toward the locking surface.

Connection module including an external connection bus bar and insulating protector

An external connection busbar holding module includes: a first external connection busbar includes a bolt-fastening portion that is bent orthogonal to one end, and to which an external connection component is to be bolted, the bolt-fastening portion being provided at another end; and an external connection busbar protector that holds the first external connection busbar. The external connection busbar protector includes a positioning portion into which the bolt-fastening portion is inserted, and that positions the first external connection busbar. The positioning portion includes an entrance portion having a predetermined clearance relative to the bolt-fastening portion, and a clearance reduction portion that reduces the predetermined clearance.

External connection busbar holding module and connection module

A connection module includes a negative electrode external connection busbar to which an external connection component is to be bolt-fastened; a positive electrode external connection busbar to which an external connection component is to be bolt-fastened; and an insulating protector configured to hold the external connection busbars in an insulated manner. The insulating protector includes a support plate portion including a support plate surface that faces and extends along an outer surface of a frame outer wall for accommodating an electricity storage element group in a state in which the connection module is attached to the electricity storage element group, at least the support plate surface being configured to abut against an outer surface of the frame outer wall so as to support the insulating protector when the external connection components are bolt-fastened to the first external connection busbar and the second external connection busbar.

The present invention provides a connection module that allows miniaturization of a coupling structure for insulating protectors. A connection module includes a plurality of bus bars and a plurality of insulating protectors that insulate and hold the plurality of bus bars. Each of the insulating protectors includes at least one of a lock portion that includes a lock protrusion and that is provided for coupling with an adjacent insulating protector and a guide portion that guides the lock protrusion of the lock portion provided in the adjacent insulating protector such that the lock protrusion is engaged with the guide portion. The lock portion includes a guide receiving portion into which the guide portion is to be inserted, and the guide portion includes a lock engagement portion with which the lock protrusion is to be engaged.

A connection structure () is provided for connecting electrical storage element groups (), each of which is formed by connecting electrical storage elements () having electrode terminals () in series, side by side. The electrical storage element groups () are connected electrically by connecting a connecting member () for connecting adjacent electrical storage element groups () to a first electrode terminal (A) and a second electrode terminal (B). The first electrode terminal (A) is arranged on one end part of one electrical storage element group () and on the side of the adjacent other electrical storage element group () and the second electrode terminal (B) is the electrode terminal () arranged on another end part of the other electrical storage element group (B) opposite to the one end part of the one electrical storage element group (A) and on the side of the adjacent one electrical storage element group (A).

Connection structure for electrical storage element groups

A wiring module is for attachment to a power storage element group in which multiple power storage elements are arranged in a line. The wiring module includes an insulating protector having an electrical wire holding portion that holds electrical wires that detect the state of the power storage elements, and a bending member that is provided at a position connected to the electrical wire holding portion, and has a hinge that is bent in a direction that intersects the electrical wire holding portion. The electrical wires are fixed to the bending member. The bending member has a locked portion that is locked to the insulating protector in a state of being bent by the hinge.

Wiring module and method for producing wiring module

A wiring module includes connecting members for electrically connecting electrode terminals of adjacent power storage elements, an insulating protector for accommodating the connecting members and an insulating cover for covering the insulating protector. The insulating cover is configured by arranging a plurality of division covers. At least one of the division covers is formed with an overlapping portion to be overlapped with an adjacent one of the division covers.

An insulating protector of a wiring module is provided with: a first unit that includes a first holding portion that holds one end side, in a connection direction, of the connection members; and a second unit that includes a second holding portion that holds the other end side, in the connection direction, of the connection members. The second holding portion is contiguous with the first holding portion. The first and second holding portions include separating walls that face side edges of the connection members, and coupling portions that couple the first and the second holding portions to each other. The separating walls include enlarged gap portions that are formed so that gaps between the enlarged gap portions and the side edges of the connection members are larger on the side where the coupling portions are located than on the side where ends of the connection members are located.
