The solid electrolyte material of the present disclosure includes Li, Ca, Y, Sm, X, and O, where X is at least one selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I; and the molar ratio of O to the sum of Y and Sm in a surface area of the solid electrolyte material is higher than the molar ratio of O to the sum of Y and Sm in the entire solid electrolyte material.

Provide is a solid electrolyte material represented by a composition formula LiYMXF, where M includes at least one kind selected from the group consisting of metalloid elements and metal elements other than Li and Y; X is at least one kind selected from the group consisting Cl, Br, and I; 0<a; 0<b; 0≤c; and 0<d<6.

Solid electrolyte material and battery

An interconnect structure includes: an interconnect layer containing a metal element as a main component and extending in a direction; a metal layer opposite to the interconnect layer, and a solid electrolyte layer between the interconnect layer and the metal layer. Lithium-aluminum-fluorine-chlorine/bromine-containing electrolyte material and battery including the same

The production method of the present disclosure includes heat-treating a material mixture containing a compound containing Y, a compound containing Sm, NHα, Liβ, and Caγin an inert gas atmosphere. The compound containing Y is at least one selected from the group consisting of YOand Yδ, and the compound containing Sm is at least one selected from the group consisting of SmOand Smε. The material mixture contains at least one selected from the group consisting of YOand SmO, and α, β, γ, δ, and ε are each independently at least one selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I.

The present disclosure provides a solid electrolyte material having a high lithium ion conductivity. The solid electrolyte material according to the present disclosure includes Li, Zr, Y, M, and X. M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb and Ta. X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cl and Br.

Solid electrolyte material and battery using the same

The present disclosure provides a solid electrolyte material having a high lithium ion conductivity. The solid electrolyte material according to the present disclosure consists essentially of Li, Zr, Y, M, and X. M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Ga, In, Sc, and Bi. X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cl and Br.

The present disclosure provides a solid electrolyte material having a high lithium ion conductivity. The solid electrolyte material according to the present disclosure includes Li, Zr, Y, W, and X. X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cl and Br.
