A neutral return mechanism includes an interlocking shaft to be pushed and pulled in an axial direction in conjunction with a swinging operation of an operation member; a housing member to support the interlocking shaft such that the interlocking shaft is movable in the axial direction and accommodate the interlocking shaft such that one of opposite end portions thereof protrudes; a neutral return spring to return the interlocking shaft from a post-movement position to an initial position, the neutral return spring being accommodated in the housing member such that the neutral return spring extends in the axial direction of the interlocking shaft, wherein the housing member includes a supported portion between a spring accommodation portion in which the neutral return spring is accommodated and a protrusion opening through which the interlocking shaft protrudes, the supported portion being supported at a bracket member.

The invention provides cleaning agents, cleaning liquids and cleaning methods that effectively remove contaminants which are impossible to remove sufficiently with conventional cleaning liquids at the occurrence of a decrease in performances such as permeation flux and salt rejection rate due to contamination of permeable membranes, in particular aromatic polyamide RO membranes used in water treatment. Permeable membranes are cleaned with a cleaning liquid which is an aqueous solution including a chloramine compound and an alkali agent and having a pH of 10 or above. An aqueous solution containing a first organic compound having a molecular weight of less than 200, a second organic compound having a molecular weight of 200 to less than 500, and a third organic compound having a molecular weight of 500 or more is passed through the reverse osmosis membrane. The first organic compound is preferably an amino acid or an amino acid derivative. The total concentration of the first organic compound and the second organic compound and the concentration of the third organic compound are each preferably 1 to 500 mg/L.

The signal reproduction device comprises an IEEE 1394 link chip, which receives transmission signals obtained by converting data in a plurality of prescribed signal formats into a prescribed packet format and transmitting, and reproduces signals in a prescribed signal format from the received transmission signals in packet form, as well as an IEEE 1394 microcontroller, which extracts a prescribed packet of received transmission signals, detects data in the extracted packet indicating modification from the signal format currently being received to another prescribed signal format, and based on the detected signal format modification data, outputs parameters necessary for reproduction of signals in another prescribed signal format from received signals in packet form; and the signal reproduction device automatically discriminates the data format of input data and reproduces the data.

The four-way selector valve relating to the invention basically comprises a motor which has a stator and a rotor, a case, and a main body including a main valve and a valve seat, both of which are arranged in a valve chest within the case. The valve seat has a suction pressure passage and a discharge pressure passage, which lead to a suction port of a compressor and a discharge port thereof, respectively, and two passage holes which lead to indoor and outdoor heat exchangers, respectively. The main valve has a connecting part which selectively leads to one of the suction pressure passage and the two passage holes, and a pressure equalization orifice which links the connecting part and the valve chest. A rotor sleeve, which comprises the rotor, is equipped with an auxiliary valve which opens or closes the pressure equalization orifice in order to transfer pressure, and an operating pin which moves the position of the main valve. The rotor of the motor rotates the auxiliary valve on the main valve and slides the main valve on the valve seat via the operating pin.

A pre-reception processing circuit decides if a received packet is normally continuous or discontinuous from data in the DBC region of the CIP header. When deciding it is discontinuous, it sets an error bit ERM allocated to one bit of the upper significant 7 bits of the source packet header to &ldquo;1&rdquo;, and writes this in an FIFO. A post-reception processing circuit, when reading from the FIFO, outputs the data stored in the FIFO to the application side when the error bit ERM is &ldquo;0&rdquo; and resets the error bit and outputs a dummy error packet when the error bit EMR is &ldquo;1&rdquo;.
