Problem To obtain a drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine that makes it easier to connect power circuits and achieves not only excellent vibration resistance but also excellent heat releasing properties. Means for Solution A drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine has a motor, a drive unit driving the motor under control and provided with power switching elements and conductors passing a current to the power switching elements, and a heat sink cooling the drive unit, which are combined into one unit. The drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine is characterized in that: the power switching elements are molded and formed into mold modules in a state in which terminals thereof are exposed; the conductors are insert-molded in a frame in a state in which terminals thereof are exposed; and the exposed terminals of the mold modules are connected to the exposed terminals of the insert-molded conductors and the mold modules are firmly fixed to the heat sink.

Drive unit integrated rotating electrical machine

A power semiconductor module includes: a plurality of first metal plates arranged in the same planar state; a power semiconductor chip mounted on the first metal plate; and an overbridge-shaped second metal plate which is composed of bridge frame sections and leg sections that support the bridge frame sections, the leg sections being for appropriately performing solder bonding between electrodes of the power semiconductor chips and between the electrode of the power semiconductor chip and the first metal plate, the power semiconductor module being configured by a resin package in which these members are sealed with electrically insulating resin. In the power semiconductor module, the solder bonding section of the leg section is formed in a planar shape by bending process and is provided at a position lower than the bridge frame section.

A bridge rectifier circuit, which takes control of a current flowing through an armature winding of a motor-generator and a battery, includes rectifier elements each made of a MOSFET; phase current detection means that detect the amount and the direction of current flowing between the drain and the source of the FET; and a control means that takes on/off control of the FET by applying a control voltage between the gate and the source thereof; wherein when the phase current detection means detect a reverse current flowing through the FET exceeding a first predetermined value, the control means applies a control voltage between the gate and the source of the FET so as to turn on the FET.

The idle-stop restart control system includes: a sensorless synchronous motor-generator which operates as a generator and a starting motor; an induced-signal detecting circuit for detecting an induced signal output from an armature winding; a field drive circuit for controlling energization of a field winding; and a restart control circuit output, to the field drive circuit, a drive signal for controlling the energization of the field winding to amplify the induced signal while calculating the number of revolutions and an angular position of a rotor based on the detected induced signal when an engine stop command is input and a level of the detected induced signal is equal to or less than a predetermined value and output the drive signal for controlling the energization of the armature winding to restart the engine based on the calculated number of revolutions and angular position of the rotor when a restart command is input.

The A/D conversion data are organized into a communication packet and transmitted via first and second buffer memoriesand, and when there is an abnormality in the A/D conversion data, transfer between the first and second buffer memoriesandis prohibited and an abnormality report is performed with respect to the microprocessorA. As a result, erroneous data are not transmitted, and communication congestion and the burden of the microprocessorA are alleviated.

On-vehicle electronic control device

An electrical load is supplied with power from a driving power source, and a microprocessor (CPU) controls the opening/closing current supply rate (duty factor) of an opening/closing element in accordance with target current and driving power source voltage so that open loop control is carried out to achieve predetermined target current. The voltage between both the ends of a current detecting resistor connected to the ground side of the opening/closing element is input as a monitoring voltage from a current detecting amplifying circuit portion through a multichannel AD converter to CPU. When the error between the comparison target voltage corresponding to the target current and the monitoring voltage is above a first permissible error, CPU judges that there is an abnormality sign, and if the error is above a larger second permissible error, CPU judges that there is appearing abnormality. Accordingly, an abnormality sign of a semi-wire-breaking/semi-short-circuit state of the electrical load can be sensed, and abnormality notification can be carried out.

Non-feedback type load current controller

A signal voltage, which a variable analog signal source generates, is inputted to a microprocessor via a gain adjustment circuit, a switched capacitor filter circuit, and an analog comparison circuit. The microprocessor that cooperates with a program memory generates a control signal pulse train of a variable period and a variable duty. Filter characteristics are adjusted with a period of the control signal pulse trains CNTa and CNTb, and gain is adjusted with a pulse duty. Even if a comparison reference voltage of the analog adjustment circuit is a fixed value, it is possible to make virtual change and adjustment of a comparison reference voltage by adjusting a gain of the gain adjustment circuit. As a result, it is possible to provide an analog input signal processing circuit capable of individually adjusting input filter characteristics and input gain.

A housing structure for vehicle-mounted electronic equipment according to the present invention is superior in heat dissipation, water resistance, heat resistance and vibration resistance. An electronic substrate is temporarily fixed onto an annular circumferential wall part of a cover made of fire retardant resin, and connector contact pins are soldered to the electronic substrate. The electronic substrate is fixed and held between a heat-transfer base and the annular circumferential wall part with screws, and heat generated by a heating part on the electronic substrate is transferred to the base and dissipated. The annular circumferential wall part has an annular groove in which a sealant is inserted, and the base has an annular protrusion snapped into the annular groove.

Housing structure of vehicle-mounted electronic equipment

In an automotive engine control apparatus used for a multi-cylinder engine where both an injection coil and an ignition coil are employed with each of multiple cylinders, abnormal states are systematically detected, while an injection system is mutually interconnected with an ignition system as to these abnormal states. The injection coils are driven via a first switch element by a microprocessor, and injection operations of these injection coils are monitored by a first detection circuit. The ignition primary coils are driven via a second switch element by the microprocessor, and ignition operations of these ignition coils are monitored by a second detection circuit. The microprocessor controls drive stopping means to perform a turn-out drive operation such that this drive stopping means stops both a fuel injection operation and an ignition operation of an abnormal-operated cylinder with respect to an abnormal state occurred in either the injection system or the ignition system. Also, abnormal-state storage operation by abnormal state storage means separatedly provided for the injection system/ignition system/cylinder system, which is derived from stopping of the drive operations, is prohibited by storage prohibiting means.

Automotive engine control apparatus

A control device of a fuel injection valve is capable of performing a stable fuel injection even if voltage variation takes place in battery, and performing evacuation operation against error in switching element or auxiliary power supply. The control device includes: an auxiliary power supply for stepping up voltage of main power supply ; a first switching element for performing rapid power supply from auxiliary power supply to electromagnetic solenoid ; a second switching element for performing continuous power feed from main power supply to electromagnetic solenoid , and implementing ON/OFF control to perform holding power feed; a third switching element for interrupting current of these power feeds; and a control device for controlling the power feeds. Power feed is normally performed in order of rapid power feed, continuous power feed and hold power feed.

The device comprises fuel pressure regulator means,for adjusting the fuel pressure Pf, various sensors,inclusive of a fuel pressure sensor, injector drive means,A for opening the valve body of an injector,and injection control means,A for controlling the fuel pressure regulator means and the injector drive means depending on the operation conditions, wherein the injection control means,A includes a holding current control unit,A that variably sets the injector holding current iha depending on the fuel pressure in order to control the valve-opening time by controlling the exciting current ia and the excitation time of the injector, and variably sets the holding current to a minimum required value so that the holding current decreases with a decrease in the fuel pressure.

Fuel injection control device

A controller for cylinder injection type injectors is constructed so that current detection element for detecting currents flowing through injector coils are inserted between a connection point of first switching element and the nodes of reverse current blocking diodes and current commutation diodes, respectively, and over-current detection element do not include circuits for temporarily interrupting over-current detection operations based on output signals of over-excitation signal generation element. That is, the current detection element are arranged at paths not admitting the flow of over-excitation currents, so that power dissipations at the current detection element can be reduced. Further, the circuits for temporarily interrupting the operations of the over-current detection element while over-excitation currents are being supplied are dispensed with. As a result of these arrangements, the present invention can provide a small-sized, lightweight and inexpensive controller capable of detecting over-currents in a wide range.
