A temperature control method is used for controlling a temperature of an electric storage devicemounted on a vehicleat the time when the vehicleruns on a track. In the method, when a minimum voltage value Vcorresponding to an internal resistance R of the electric storage devicereaches a first predetermined voltage value Vnear a minimum allowable voltage value VL of the electric storage device, the electric storage deviceis controlled such that the electric storage devicehas a temperature at which the minimum voltage value Vis maintained at the first predetermined voltage value V.

Temperature control method and temperature controller

A charging method is used for a transportation vehicle without a contact wire. The transportation vehicle is configured so that when a vehicle () equipped with an energy storage device () stops at a station on a track (), the energy storage device () of the vehicle () is charged by a charging device () provided on a ground side.
