The present invention provides a cell culture substrate including a polymer having a lower critical solution temperature, the substrate including one or more inorganic materials selected from a water-swellable clay mineral and silica and further including an adhesive matrix in the substrate, in which the adhesive matrix is an extracellular matrix and/or an adhesive synthetic matrix. Furthermore, the invention is to provide a cell culture substrate in which the extracellular matrix is at least one selected from laminin, fibronectin, vitronectin, cadherin, and fragments thereof, and/or the adhesive synthetic matrix is poly[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium hydroxide] or an oligopeptide-supporting polymer.

Cell culture substrate

The present invention is to provide a cell culture substrate including a block polymer including a segment having a lower critical solution temperature and a hydrophobic segment, the cell culture substrate further including an adhesive matrix, in which the adhesive matrix is an extracellular matrix and/or an adhesive synthetic matrix. Furthermore, the invention is to provide a cell culture substrate in which the extracellular matrix is at least one selected from laminin, fibronectin, vitronectin, cadherin, and fragments thereof, and/or the adhesive synthetic matrix is poly[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium hydroxide] or an oligopeptide-carrying polymer.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a semi-IPN composite, the method including polymerizing a hydrophilic monofunctional acrylate (b1) and a polyfunctional acrylate (b2) in a solution of a polyurethane (A) prepared using an aliphatic polyisocyanate and/or an alicyclic polyisocyanate as a raw material. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a synthetic leather that includes a layer obtained by drying the semi-IPN composite obtained by the above production method. One object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a semi-IPN composite excellent in stain resistance. The semi-INP composite obtained by the production method of the present invention is excellent in stain resistance. Therefore, the semi-IPN composite can be used particularly preferably for skin and topcoat layers of synthetic leathers for vehicles.

Method for producing semi-IPN composite, and method for producing synthetic leather

A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a moisture-permeable film which is excellent in moisture permeability and water swelling resistance. The present invention relates to a moisture-permeable film formed by a composition containing polyurethane (A) and a hydrophilic acrylic polymer (B). The moisture-permeable film of the present invention is excellent in the moisture permeability and the water swelling resistance. Accordingly, the moisture-permeable film of the present invention can be preferably used as the moisture-permeable film used in producing moisture-permeable waterproof cloth for clothing, medical, and hygiene; and synthetic leather. The hydrophilic acrylic polymer (B) is preferably a polymer of a hydrophilic acrylic monomer (b1) containing an acrylic monomer (b1-1) having an amide group and an acrylic monomer (b1-2) having an oxyethylene group.

Moisture-permeable film

The present invention relates to a method for producing a semi-IPN composite, the method including polymerizing a hydrophilic monofunctional acrylate (b1) and a polyfunctional acrylate (b2) in a solution of a polyurethane (A) prepared using an aromatic polyisocyanate as a raw material. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a moisture-permeable film that is obtained by drying the semi-IPN composite obtained by the above production method. One object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a semi-IPN composite excellent in moisture permeability, water-swelling resistance, and stain resistance. The semi-INP composite obtained by the production method of the present invention is excellent in moisture permeability, water-swelling resistance, and stain resistance. Therefore, the semi-IPN composite can be preferably used for moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics for clothing, medical, and sanitary use and for skin and topcoat layers of synthetic leathers.

Method for producing semi-IPN composite and method for producing moisture-permeable film

Provided is a cell culture substrate, in which polymer (B) having a lower critical solution temperature contained in the substrate is a copolymer of a monomer (a) that becomes a hydrophobic polymer in homopolymerization and a monomer (b, c or d) that becomes a hydrophilic polymer in homopolymerization, which is uncrosslinked, and the lower critical solution temperature of the obtained copolymer (B) can be controlled widely by the types and ratio of the two monomers, to easily detach the cultured cells from the culture substrate surface rapidly without using protein hydrolase and collect the cells without damage. This cell culture substrate contains a polymer (A) of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer (a), one or more types of inorganic materials (C) selected from a water-swellable clay mineral and silica, and a polymer (B) having a lower critical solution temperature and including a monomer (a) and a monomer (b, c or d).

Temperature-responsive cell culture substrate and method for producing same

The object of the present invention is achieved by providing a copolymer, in particular, a block copolymer which has excellent coating formation ability, adhesive properties to a substrate, and does not adsorb protein; an antithrombotic coating agent which has superior antithrombotic properties and adhesive properties to a substrate to those of the conventional antithrombotic coating agent; and a medical instrument which is obtained by coating the antithrombotic coating agent, and the block copolymer includes a polymer (A) containing a (meth)acrylic ester monomer and a polymer (B) containing a (meth)acrylamide monomer and has excellent coating formation ability and high adhesive properties to a substrate.

Block copolymer and antithrombotic coating agent

Disclosed are: an organic-inorganic complex dispersion improved in film formability and adhesion to a base material. The organic-inorganic complex dispersion comprises an aqueous medium and particles of a complex dispersed in the aqueous medium, wherein the complex has a three-dimensional network structure formed by a polymer of a monomer comprising a monomer represented by general formula (1) and at least one inorganic material selected from a water-swellable clay mineral and silica. Also disclosed is an antifogging material manufactured by using the organic-inorganic complex dispersion. Further disclosed is a cell culture substratum improved in the detachability of cells cultured on the substratum, which is manufactured by using the organic-inorganic complex dispersion. Still further disclosed are manufacturing methods for same. Organic-inorganic composite dispersion, cell culture substrate manufactured using the same, and methods for preparing the same

The present invention provides a production process of an organic/inorganic composite hydrogel, which demonstrates superior mechanical properties, by uniformly dispersing a clay mineral in an organic polymer over a wide range of clay mineral content, and a dried form thereof, to be produced easily in a short period of time. The production process of an organic/inorganic composite hydrogel of the present invention comprises reacting a water-soluble organic monomer (a) in the presence of a water-swellable clay mineral (b) by irradiating with an energy beam in a solution in which a non-water-soluble polymerization initiator (d) is dispersed in an aqueous medium (c).

Production of organic/inorganic composite hydrogel

The object of the present invention is to provide a production process of a microfluidic device in which a porous resin layer, which is capable of optimally fixing a large amount of enzyme, antigen or other protein or catalyst on the inner surface of a minute channel of a microfluidic device without obstructing said channel, is formed at a uniform thickness on the surface of said channel. In the present invention, by preliminarily forming a porous resin layer having a large number of pores in its surface on a substrate, and forming an indentation having a porous resin layer on its bottom surface by using an activating energy beam-curable composition on said porous resin layer, followed by forming a channel by adhering a member serving as a cover to said indentation, a porous resin layer can easily be formed at a uniform thickness on the surface of said channel.
