A laser processing method for making an inkjet head, including a step of irradiating laser light to an inkjet head material for removing a part of the inkjet head material. The laser light is emitted from a solid laser and has a wavelength of not longer than 355 nm.

Method for making an inkjet head

An inkjet print head wherein the surface (front surface) for ejecting ink droplets coming from an ink channel partitioned by a drive wall composed of a piezoelectric device is arranged opposite to the surface (back surface) for supplying ink coming to the ink channel. The connection electrode for driving the piezoelectric device is pulled out to the back surface, and the back surface is a photosensitive glass substrate wherein the ink feed apertures manufactured by exposure and etching process, and the drive wires electrically connected with the connection electrode are formed.

Ink jet print head

An ink-jet head in which an ink emitting surface (front surface) for emitting ink from ink channels partitioned by piezo-electric driving walls is opposite to an ink supplying surface (rear surface) for supplying ink to the ink channels, wherein the printed circuit board which covers the ear parts of ink channels provides, wiring electrodes to be electrically connected to connecting wires which are extended to the rear surface to drive piezo-electric elements, and a recessed area (to work as a common ink chamber) which faces to ink channels to supply ink to the ink channels.

Ink-jet head

A method for manufacturing an inkjet print head with ink channels formed on a member including a piezoelectric body, and where ink is jetted from each of the ink channels by applying a voltage to electrodes provided on the piezoelectric body for each of the ink channels thereby driving the piezoelectric body. The method has the steps including adsorbing a catalyst onto the channel plate with the ink channel grooves; removing a part of the catalyst by a laser beam; and plating at least one side surface and a bottom surface of the channel plate to form a layer which serves as the electrodes, on the catalyst which has not been removed by the laser beam.

Method of producing an ink jet print head through a processing method of electroless plating
