The wearing article has front and rear waist regions and a crotch region wherein a first waist region as one of the front and rear waist regions includes an outer layer sheet located on non-skin-facing surface, an inner layer sheet located on the inner side compared to the outer layer sheet and an interlayer sheet interlaid between the inner and outer layer sheets and having a decorative element being visually recognizable from the non-skin-facing surface side of the outer layer sheet and the outer layer sheet is nonwoven fabrics formed from crimped conjugated fibers and a brightness value of the inner layer sheet is higher than a brightness value of the outer layer sheet.

Wearing article

A wearing article includes a front waist panel, a rear waist panel and a crotch panel having an absorbent structure wherein respective inner end edges of the front and rear waist panels cooperate with both side edges of the crotch panel extending in a longitudinal direction to define peripheries of a pair of leg-openings. The crotch panel is provided with a pair of elasticized leg sheets joined to both side edges of the absorbent structure and extending in a longitudinal direction. Each of the elasticized leg sheets having a non-elasticized region adjacent to the absorbent structure and an elasticized region adjacent to the non-elasticized region so that the non-elasticized region rises along the associated side edge of the absorbent structure to the associated leg-opening and the elasticized region extends outward in a transverse direction of the wearing article so as to form the associated leg-opening.

Wearing article and manufacturing process for the same

A shaped non-woven fabric for an absorbent has a first surface and a second surface and is usable with the second surface facing a constituent member of an absorbent article. The shaped non-woven fabric is includes a thermoplastic resin fiber. The non-woven fabric includes a plurality of first recesses which have openings in the first surface and are recessed toward the second surface, and a plurality of through-holes which penetrate from the first surface to the second surface. Each of the plurality of first recesses has a peripheral wall section which extends in the thickness direction from the end edges of the openings toward the second surface, and a bottom section connected to the end edge of the peripheral wall section. At least a portion of the plurality of first recesses includes a hole section which penetrates from the first surface to the second surface.

The present invention aims to provide a disposable pull-on diaper improved so that the diaper may be conveniently put on the wearer's body. Each of leg side flaps of a crotch panel has an outer side region and an inner side region. In the lowest region of the crotch region, the outer side region and the inner side region respectively have a dimension of at least 10 mm in a transverse direction wherein the inner side region extends in a longitudinal direction and the outer side region extends in the transverse direction from the inner side region.

Disposable pull-on diaper

A pull-on disposable wearing article having leg-openings of sufficient size to assure that respective peripheries of the leg-openings to reliably cover the wearer's buttocks without apprehension that the peripheries of the leg-openings might collapse inward. A crotch panel at least includes an absorbent structure located on a skin-facing surface of a crotch region and a pair of elastic side flaps extending outward in a transverse direction from both side edges of the absorbent structure. The elastic side flaps have inelastic regions defined on the outer sides in the transverse direction of both side edges of the absorbent structure and elastic regions defined on the outer sides in the transverse direction of the respective inelastic regions. The crotch panel has a dimension in the transverse direction corresponding to about 55 to about 70% of a dimension in the transverse direction of the front and rear waist regions.

Pull-on disposable wearing article

A disposable wearing article includes, in an inner end portion of a front waist region, a pair of first side elastic zones spaced apart from each other in a transverse direction and a first middle inelastic zone lying between the first side elastic zones. The article further includes, in an inner end portion of a rear waist region, a pair of second side elastic zones spaced apart from each other in the transverse direction and a second middle inelastic zone lying between the second side elastic zones. A crotch panel includes a pair of leg elastics intersecting with the first and second side elastic zones. A dimension in the transverse direction of the second middle inelastic zone is larger than that of the first middle inelastic zone. A dimension in the transverse direction of the respective first intersection zones is larger than that of the respective second intersection zones.

Disposable wearing article

A disposable wearing article includes an annular elastic waist panel having a front waist panel and a rear waist panel joined to each other and a crotch panel provided with an absorbent structure and connected to the elastic waist panels. Respective inner end edges of the front and rear waist panels cooperate with lateral edges of the crotch panel extending in a longitudinal direction to form a pair of leg-openings' peripheries. The crotch panel includes a pair of leg sheets connected to both lateral edges of the absorbent structure. The respective leg sheets include inner regions adjoining to the absorbent structure and outer regions adjoining the inner regions so that the inner regions rise above the absorbent structure along both lateral edges of the absorbent structure to define the leg-openings' peripheries and the outer regions are bent outwardly in the transverse direction so as to define the leg-openings' peripheries.

In a disposable diaper, ends at a front waistline region side of the disposable diaper within a stretchable range in leg stretch units are configured so as to be closer to an end at the front waistline region side as compared to an end at the front waistline region side within a stretchable range in the crotch stretch unit. Ends at a rear waistline region side within the stretchable range in the leg stretch units are configured so as to be closer to an end at the rear waistline region side as compared to an end at the rear waistline region side within the stretchable range in the crotch stretch unit. A tensile modulus of the crotch stretch unit is configured so as to be greater than a tensile modulus of the leg stretch units.

Disposable diaper

In a wearing article including front and rear waist panels and a crotch panel, a pair of leg sheets including backing sheets and leg elastics attached under tension between two layers of the respectively doubled up backing sheets extends along lateral edge portions of the crotch panel, and distal end portions of the leg sheets are attached to respective skin-facing surfaces of the front and rear waist panels through first and second joint regions. In this way, the pair of leg sheets has an elastically contractible region between the first and second joint regions and elastically relaxed regions in end portions located outboard of the first and second joint regions in a longitudinal direction, and the elastically relaxed regions are formed on surfaces thereof with gathers.
