A display device includes a first transistor controlled using a second control signal obtained by shifting a first control signal and electrically connected a first node, a second transistor electrically connected between the first node and a second node, a third transistor controlled using the first control signal to which a third control signal has been shifted, and electrically connected between the second node and a gate electrode of the second transistor, and a fourth transistor electrically connected to the second node is controlled to supply a reset voltage to the second node and the gate electrode of the second transistor using the third control signal.

According to one embodiment, a display device comprising a base, a first insulating layer, a first lower electrode, a second lower electrode, a first wiring, a second insulating layer disposed on the first wiring, a first organic layer disposed on the first lower electrode, a second organic layer disposed on the second lower electrode, a first separation wall disposed on the second insulating layer, and an upper wiring disposed continuously on the first organic layer, the second organic layer, and the first separation wall, wherein the upper wiring is electrically connected to the first wiring via a contact hole that penetrates the first separation wall and the second insulating layer.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a first insulating layer, a first pixel electrode on the first insulating layer in a pixel, a second pixel electrode on the first insulating layer in a dummy pixel, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer, a first organic layer in the pixel and in contact with the first pixel electrode, a second organic layer in the dummy pixel, a partition wall on the second insulating layer and between the organic layers and a common electrode covering the organic layers and the partition wall. An end portion of the first organic layer is in contact with a side surface of the partition wall.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a display region where pixels are arranged. Each of the pixels includes a pixel electrode, a light emitting element, a drive transistor, a first capacitance electrode layer opposed to the pixel electrode and held at a constant potential, and an insulating layer forming an auxiliary capacitance together with the pixel electrode and the first capacitance electrode layer. A value of the auxiliary capacitance of the first pixel, of the values of the auxiliary capacitance of the pixels is the largest.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a substrate, first and second insulating layers, first and second pixel electrodes, first and second organic layers, first and second feed lines, first and second partitions, and a common electrode including first and second parts covering the first and second organic layers. The first organic layer is between the partitions. The second feed line and the second partition are located between the organic layers. The partitions are shaped such that a width of an upper part is greater than a width of a lower part. The first part is in contact with the first feed line between the first partition and the first organic layer.

A display device includes: a plurality of pixel electrodes; a plurality of pixel circuits below the plurality of pixel electrodes; some scan lines, each of the scan lines being connected to a corresponding one group of the plurality of pixel circuits; and a scan drive circuit configured to selectively send scanning signals to the scan lines. The plurality of pixel electrodes include effective pixel electrodes corresponding to respective pixels constituting a displayed image, and dummy pixel electrodes between the effective pixel electrodes and the scan drive circuit and corresponding to none of the respective pixels. Each of the effective pixel electrodes is connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of pixel circuits. Each of the scan lines is electrically connected to the scan drive circuit through a corresponding at least one of the dummy pixel electrodes.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a pixel circuit provided in each of a plurality of pixels, a plurality of flip-flop circuits provided in a shift register and a reset element provided in each of the flip-flop circuits, and the reset element is an n-channel type transistor, the pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a light emitting power supply and a switch element, and the light emitting element is disconnected from the light emitting power supply while the light emitting power supply is rising.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes first wiring layers, a second wiring layer, a first insulating layer, first mounting electrodes, a second mounting electrode, a first light emitting element and a second light emitting element. The second mounting electrode is arranged to surround a first mounting electrode and an other first mounting electrode. The first light emitting element is mounted across the first mounting electrode and the second mounting electrode. The second light emitting element is mounted across the other first mounting electrode and the second mounting electrode. The second mounting electrode is electrically connected to the second wiring layer through a second opening of the first insulating layer, in a non-display area.

A drive circuit includes a holding capacitor, an element capacitor, and an additional capacitor interposed between one of the source and the drain, and one of the high-potential line and the low-potential line. The drive circuit configured to drive the first light emitter includes a first element capacitor as the element capacitor and a first additional capacitor as the additional capacitor. The driving circuit configured to drive the second light emitter includes a second element capacitor as the element capacitor and a second additional capacitor as the additional capacitor. The first element capacitor is larger in capacitance than the second element capacitor. The first additional capacitor is smaller in capacitance than the second additional capacitor.

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a plurality of pixels, a power supply line and a power supply line drive circuit. The pixels each include a pixel circuit, a display element including a lower electrode, an upper electrode and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer. The upper electrode is connected to the power supply line that provides a predetermined potential to the upper electrode. The power supply line drive circuit supplies, to the power supply line, a first potential to the upper electrode during a light-emitting period and supplies, to the power supply line, a second potential to the upper electrode during a non-light-emitting period.

Different groups include the same type of control lines. The first control lines are arranged such that control lines of different types belonging to each of group are adjacent to each other. In the second area, the second control lines are arranged such that control lines of different types belonging to each group are adjacent to each other. In the non-display area, the second control lines are arranged such that control lines of the same type belonging to different groups are adjacent to each other. The capacitor electrode includes portions connected to each other and arranged in the second direction. Each portion faces each other for control lines of the same type adjacent in the non-display area. Any of the portions and any of the other portions differ in width in the first direction.

TFT substrate including a non-rectangular active region

A bootstrap circuit includes a first transistor including a gate electrode, a first and a second electrodes, a capacitor connected between the gate electrode and the second electrode, and a second transistor connected to the gate electrode. In a first period, the second transistor is turned on and the gate electrode is supplied with a first analog voltage, the first transistor is turned on, and the second electrode is supplied with a precharge voltage smaller than the first analog voltage from the first electrode. In a second period, the second transistor is turned off, the first electrode is supplied with a second analog voltage, the capacitor supplies a third analog voltage to the gate electrode in response to the first analog voltage and the second analog voltage, and the second electrode is supplied with the second analog voltage from the first electrode.
