An electric charging apparatus () has a charge mechanism for charging a power supply device inside plural power supply assemblies () respectively attached to plural pieces of traveling equipment (). Furthermore, the electric charging apparatus () has an electric power source assembly swapping mechanism (). The electric power source assembly swapping mechanism () dismounts the first electric power source assembly () from the traveling equipment () and moves it to the charge mechanism, and moves it to mount the second electric power source assembly () on traveling equipment from charge mechanism. In addition, the electric power source assembly swapping mechanism () dismounts the second electric power source assembly () from traveling equipment () and moves it to the charge mechanism, and moves it to mount the first electric power source assembly () on traveling equipment () from charge mechanism.

Electric charging apparatus and game apparatus

Two detected objects are arranged at each of multiple traveling objects. The travel controller of each self-propelled member changes a traveling speed thereof according to the speed changing instruction, and switches a traveling path thereof from the traced guide line to another guide line, according to the path-switching instruction.

Racing game machine

A vacuum processing equipment is disclosed, which comprises a vacuum chamber and main and fore vacuum pumping mechanism for pumping down the vacuum chamber. The substrate is received in a space formed in a supporting member and is in engagement with a flange portion radially inwardly projected from a peripheral surface of the space. The heat conductor member is heated by a heater in the molecular beam epitaxy apparatus. This results in effective conduction of heat to the substrate. The substrate is easily put in the beam epitaxy apparatus and removed therefrom. The heat conductor member may be of pyrolytic graphite or sintered graphite.
