A long wood-type golf club having a length of 44 inches or more when measured from the bottom of the sole portion of the club's head to the upper end of the club's shaft, the club head having the relationship h.ltoreq.H, where h is the vertical height from the bottom of the sole portion of the club head to the axial center of the upper end of the neck thereof and H is the maximum vertical height of the club head's body, the club shaft being inserted into the club head a distance of at least 35 mm.

Long wood-type golf club

An iron golf club head having a sole and a hosel molded integrally as a frame from a metallic material, a core portion disposed in an upper part above the sole and the outer periphery of the core portion and the outer periphery of the frame except for the sole are covered with a fiber-reinforced resin and a weight having a greater specific gravity than the metallic material of the frame disposed between the sole and the core portion. The weight consists of a mass of 92 to 98 wt. % of powdery tungsten mixed in a polyamide resin.

Iron golf club head made of fiber-reinforced resin

A golf club head having a main body made of synthetic resin as a main material and a sole plate of metal material molded integrally with the club head main body. The sole plate has an its bottom surface at least one projection formed independently of the sole plate and fixed thereto so that it extends in a back and forth direction relative to the direction of swing of the club.

Wood golf club and its production method

An elastomer obtained by reacting at a specific ratio an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer formed by reacting at a specific ratio of polymer containing a diene polymer having a terminal hydroxyl group with a diisocyanate compound, with a curing agent having a terminal hydroxyl or amine group, is especially excellent as a tire filling material. A tire prepared by filling this elastomer is valuable as an elastic tire of a public vehicle.
