A metal member-welded structure includes: a Cu member; an Al member; and a welded portion formed by melting and solidifying each of materials of the Cu member and the Al member. The Cu member includes a Cu-based material containing Cu as a main component. The Al member includes an Al-based material containing Al as a main component and a plating layer that covers a side of the Al-based material, the side being close to a surface of the Cu member. The welded portion includes a sea-island structure in a vicinity of the surface of the Cu member. The sea-island structure includes: a plurality of island portions containing pure Al, and a sea portion interposed among the island portions. The sea portion has a eutectic structure having: a phase of an intermetallic compound of Cu and Al; and a phase of pure Al.

Metal member-welded structure and method of manufacturing metal member-welded structure

Connector holding structure

An electricity storage module unit that can improve installation work efficiency, and that can be used to build an electricity storage pack that is versatile in terms of installation. An electricity storage module unit is provided with an electricity storage module that includes a plurality of electricity storage elements, and the electricity storage module unit includes: a wiring member that is connected to the electricity storage module; a wiring connection part that connects the wiring member to the wiring member of another electricity storage module unit or to an external electrical component; and a unit base plate on which the electricity storage module is mounted. The unit base plate has a plurality of routing grooves that allow the wiring member to be routed such that a direction in which the wiring member is routed is changeable.

Electricity storage module and electricity storage pack

In a battery wiring module that is to be attached from a Y-axis direction (second direction) to a single battery group in which multiple single batteries that have electrode terminals are aligned in the X-axis direction (first direction), multiple holding units that are coupled in the X-axis direction and constitute a holding plate are each provided with a locking hook including a first locking surface and a second locking surface, and a locked hook that includes a first locked surface and a second locked surface, and by relatively sliding the holding units in the X-axis direction, the holding units can be coupled in a first locking state in which the first locked surface is locked to the second locking surface, or in a second locking state in which the first locked surface is locked to the first locking surface of the locking hook and the second locked surface is locked to the second locking surface.

Wiring module

A wire-side connector provided at a terminal end of a wire harness; and a device-side connector that is fittable to the wire-side connector, and is to be disposed on one surface of a device via connector holding portions are included, the connector holding portions being provided so as to be pivotable between a mounting position at which the device-side connector is disposed in an orientation along the one surface of the device with a fitting face of the device-side connector facing forward, and a fitting position at which the device-side connector assumes an orientation intersecting the one surface so that the fitting face is disposed at a position distanced from the one surface.

Connector mounting structure and connector mounting method

An electric storage device includes an electric storage module, a bracket, an electric junction box, and a wire harness. The electric storage module includes electric storage components. The electric storage module includes an end surface and peripheral surfaces perpendicular to the end surface. The bracket is mounted to the electric storage module and includes a first surface opposed to the end surface of the electric storage module and a second surface opposite from the first surface. The electric junction box is mounted to the bracket to be opposed to the second surface of the bracket with a gap between the electric junction box and the second surface of the bracket. The wire harness is connected to the electric storage module and disposed in a section of the gap in which the end surface of the electric storage module is opposed to the electric junction box.

Electric storage device

A protector includes: a first unit into which an electrical wire is to be inserted; and a second unit into which a portion of the electrical wire is to be inserted, the portion being other than a portion that is not to be inserted into the first unit. The first unit includes a coupling-target portion, and the second unit includes a coupling portion that is coupled to the coupling-target portion so as to be rotatable relative to the coupling-target portion.

Protector and wire harness

A support member is for supporting a conductive member such as an electrical wire and is for installation in an automatic transmission, and includes a main body portion made of a resin and plates that are made of a metal and are to be fixed to the body of the automatic transmission via bolts. The main body portion has attachment portions to which the plates are attached, and elastic lock portions that project within the attachment portions and have elasticity capable of restricting removal of the plates from the attachment portions.

Support member

It is aimed to provide an exterior wiring harness which can be routed in a flat space formed between a plurality of electrical members. An exterior wiring harness () includes a plurality of wires () and an exterior body () formed by surrounding outer peripheries of the plurality of wires () by a sheet () made of fibrous synthetic resin. The exterior body () includes a flat portion () having a flat cross-sectional shape and other parts () connected to the flat portion () and different from the flat portion. A length (L) of the flat portion () in a minor axis direction is set to be smaller than a width of a clearance formed between a plurality of electrical members. A maximum value (L) of the other parts () in the minor axis direction of the flat portion is set to be larger than the width of the clearance.

Exterior wiring harness

An insulation structure for a splice portion, a harness mounting plate, and a wiring unit that are capable of reducing labor-hours that are required when insulating a splice portion where a plurality of electrical wires are connected by a splice terminal. A plurality of electrical wires are connected by a splice terminal, wherein an opening portion that allows the splice portion to be inserted thereinto and removed therefrom is formed in a splice housing portion that surrounds and insulates the splice portion, and the insulation structure is provided with a separation restricting portion that restricts the splice portion that is housed in the splice housing portion from becoming separated from the opening portion.

Insulation structure for splice portion, harness mounting plate, and wiring unit

A sheathed wire harness includes connectors to be fitted to counterpart connectors, electric wires connected to the connectors, and a fibrous resin cloth that is connected to the electric wires and surrounds the electric wires. The resin cloth includes a cover portion that can be moved to a closed position in which portions of the electric wires near the connectors are covered, and moved to an open position in which the portions of the electric wires near the connectors are exposed.

Sheathed wire harness

A wire harness attachment structure and a wiring unit that are capable of reducing the amount of work that is needed when attaching a wire harness. The wire harness attachment structure includes: a plate on which a wire harness is to be mounted; and a cover that covers a portion of the wire harness and is fixed to the plate. A locking portion that is provided for the cover is configured to be orientated to face, and to be inserted into, a lock receiving portion that is provided for the plate, and thus the locking portion is locked to the lock receiving portion, and the cover is fixed to the plate.

Wire harness attachment structure and wiring unit

A wiring module to be attached to a battery module including a single cell group in which a plurality of single cells having positive and negative electrode terminals are lined up includes a connection member that is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and that electrically connects adjacent electrode terminals to each other and a voltage detection wire formed by coating a core wire made of aluminum or aluminum alloy with an insulation coating. An exposed core wire that is exposed at an end portion of the voltage detection wire is connected to the connection member by welding.

It is aimed to provide a connector capable of reaching a properly connected state while responding to a rotational movement. A connector housing () is mounted into a mounting member () displaceably to a temporary holding position and a retracted position, has a rearward movement restricted at the temporary holding position and is released from a holding state at the temporary holding position and moved rearward together with a mating connector housing () after being properly connected to the mating connector housing (). The connector housing () is not held by the mounting member () at the retracted position and is movable integrally with the mating connector housing () according to a movement of the side of the mating connector housing ().
