A refrigerant valve device may include a base provided with an inlet port, an outlet port and a valve seat face; a cover to section a valve chamber between the valve seat face and the cover; a valve body turnably disposed at a position shifted to a side of one port inside the valve chamber, the valve body being provided with a contact face sliding on the valve seat face; and a valve body drive mechanism to turn the valve body. The valve body drive mechanism may turn the valve body and thereby a refrigerant flowing passage from the inlet port to the outlet port through the valve chamber is switched at least to a first refrigerant flowing passage and to a second refrigerant flowing passage. The refrigerant flowing amount in the first refrigerant flowing passage may be smaller than a refrigerant flowing amount in the second refrigerant flowing passage.

A cover structure in a motor may include a rotor, a stator having a drive coil, a connector provided so that an engaging connector is engaged in a rotation shaft direction of the rotor, a main body cover covering outer peripheries of the stator and the connector and integrally formed with a connector cover, coil terminals extended from the stator to an outer side, connector terminals supported by a terminal support part integrally formed with the connector cover and are extended at a position offset from the coil terminals in the rotation shaft direction, and a wall part which is provided on a radially inner side of the terminal support part along the connector terminals. The wall part is located on an outer side in the radial direction with respect to the coil terminals, and a space is formed on a radially inner side of the wall part.

Provided is a motor device in which the entire length of a motor can be shortened as much as possible while the positional deviation of a shaft in a thrust direction is prevented and a shaft length sufficient to suppress the inclination of the shaft can be ensured. A motor device provided with a shaft with a rotor fixed on the outer surface thereof, and a thrust pressurization unit that supports an end opposite the output side of the shaft while pressurizing the end in an axial direction may be configured so that the thrust pressurization unit may be provided with a coil spring that pressurizes the end opposite the output side of the shaft in the axial direction and the thrust pressurization unit may be disposed inside the rotor.

An impeller device may include a magnetic detecting element and a magnetic body, which is paired with the magnetic detecting element, for detecting a rotational position of a rotary impeller. The rotary impeller is formed with a bottomed recessed part having an opening into which one of the magnetic detecting element or the magnetic body is inserted, and the opening of the recessed part is sealed with resin injected by insert molding so that the one of the magnetic detecting element and the magnetic body is buried in the rotary impeller. The magnetic detecting element and the magnetic body are capable of facing to each other through a bottom face of the bottomed recessed part.

A motor device may include a motor, a plurality of pin terminals protruded from a side face of a motor case on an outer side in a radial plane direction, and a wiring circuit board which is connected with the plurality of the pin terminals. The plurality of the pin terminals includes first pin terminals which are bent at predetermined positions in the radial plane direction toward one side in an axial direction of the motor, and second pin terminals which are bent toward the one side in the axial direction at inner sides in the radial plane direction with respect to the first pin terminals. The wiring circuit board is connected with the first pin terminals and the second pin terminals in a state where a circuit board face is directed in the axial direction.

A valve element opening/closing device may include a main body formed with a space, an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe which are connected to the main body, a valve element for opening and closing a flow passage, and a drive part for driving the valve element to open and close the flow passage. The valve element may be arranged on an inflow pipe side with respect an opening of the main body to which the inflow pipe is connected. The valve element is preferably arranged within the inflow pipe.

A valve element opening/closing device may include a main body, an inflow pipe, an outflow pipe, a valve element, and a drive part for driving the valve element to open and close a flow passage. The drive part may include a linearly moving mechanism part for driving the valve element, which may include a rotary power transmission member, a linearly moving member for moving the valve element, a turning prevention mechanism, and an urging member for urging the valve element in a closing direction. The turning prevention mechanism may include a shaft turnably supporting the rotary power transmission member, and a shaft hole formed in the linearly moving member that is supported by the shaft, and the shaft is engaged with the shaft hole to prevent turning of the linearly moving member.

A flow meter may include a case body formed with a fluid space in its inside, an impeller disposed in the fluid space, a detected part integrally provided in the impeller, a detecting part provided with detecting terminals for detecting the detected part, terminal pins which is provided with terminal contact parts, which are electrically connected with the detecting terminals of the detecting part, and connector parts with which a connector for outputting an electric signal to an outside is connected, and a holder to which the terminal pins are fixed and which is detachably held by the case body through a holder holding part provided in the case body. The detecting part and the terminal contact parts are held between the case body and the holder by attaching the holder to the case body so that the terminal contact parts are contacted with the detecting terminals.

A valve drive device includes a valve element for opening or closing the inflow port or the outflow port, a drive mechanism for driving the valve element, an abutting part which is provided in any operation member included between the drive mechanism and the valve element, and a restriction part for restricting rotation of the valve element by abutting with the abutting part. The valve element is rotated by the drive mechanism so that the inflow port or the outflow port is opened or closed, and one of the abutting part and the restriction part is formed of an elastic member.

Valve drive device

A valve element opening/closing device may include a valve element for opening and closing an opening part, a drive mechanism for operating the valve element, and a motor for the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism may include a cam engagement part formed in the valve element, and a cam member rotationally driven by the motor. A cam face is formed in the cam member to be inclined to a direction of a rotation center axis of the cam member and engaged with the cam engagement part, and a turning preventing part restricting turning of the valve element is provided to move the valve element linearly. Further, the opening part may include a hollow pipe, a plate provided with a mounting hole into which the pipe is inserted, and a valve seat. The valve seat is provided with a projecting part and the brazing material is restricted to flow out to an abutting face of the valve seat by the projecting part.

A valve drive device includes a valve seat plate in which an inflow port and an outflow port for fluid are formed, a sealing case covering the front face side of the valve seat plate, an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe which are fixed in the rear face side of the valve seat plate so as to be in communication with the inflow port and the outflow port, and a valve element which slides on an area where the outflow port is formed on the front face side of the valve seat plate to open or close the outflow port. The valve seat plate includes a first plate member which constructs an area where the outflow port is formed, a second plate member which is thinner than the first plate member and is jointed with the first plate member, and a deformation preventing member which is attached on the rear face of the second plate member and prevents the second plate member from being deformed due to an internal-pressure in a sealed space constructed by the sealing case and the valve seat plate.

A valve device includes a main body case to which an inflow pipe and an outflow pipe are connected, a valve element which is disposed inside of the main body case to open or close an outflow aperture part of the main body case, a motor for moving the valve element in an open direction and a closed direction, a valve element drive means which is driven by the motor and includes a rotary member rotated by the motor and a rotation side permanent magnet mounted in the rotary member, a valve element side permanent magnet mounted in the valve element, and a holding member which movably holds the valve element. The valve element is urged in the open direction or the closed direction by a magnetic attractive force or a magnetic repulsive force generated between the rotation side permanent magnet and the valve element side permanent magnet.

A valve driving device comprises a main case having one or more inlet pipes through which a fluid flows in from an external compressor and two or more outlet pipes through which the fluid flows out and also having built-in valve elements to open and close openings that are portions of a fluid path for the fluid and are connected to the outlet pipes to flow and stop the fluid and a driving portion for driving the valve elements. When the driving portion is driven in the driving direction, the openings and the valve elements together can switch between four operation modes (close-close, open-close, close-open, and open-open) with respect to the two outlet pipes; three or more of the operation modes, including the close-close mode, being obtained; the driving portion is driven back and forth while two modes of the three or more modes are assigned to be at both ends of the driving direction; and the close-close mode is assigned to be at one of the ends.

Valve driving device

A valve device having a novel vale seat plate is provided. The valve seat plate has an inlet opening, an outlet opening, a front side and a back side. A sealing case covers the front side and inlet and outlet pipes are attached to the back side to communicate respectively with the inlet and outlet openings. A valve element moves to cover the outlet opening on the front side to close the outlet opening. The novel valve seat plate includes at least two plates that are joined to each other. One plate forms the area around the outlet opening and the other plate forms other areas of the valve seat plate.

A temperature control method for a refrigerator includes providing a valve device, in which an inflow port where a refrigerant flows into, at least two outflow ports having a first outflow port and a second outflow port where the refrigerant flows out, and a valve element for performing opening/closing of the outflow ports are positioned in a sealed space. The method also includes providing a valve element drive device for driving the valve element. The method further includes controlling the valve element drive device, at the time a power source of the refrigerator is turned on, to reciprocate between a first mode as an OPEN-CLOSE mode and a second mode on a CLOSE-OPEN mode until a temperature in a first chamber where the refrigerant is supplied through the first outflow port, and a temperature in a second chamber where the refrigerant is supplied through the second outflow port, are lowered to reach to a prescribed temperature.
