Provided is a double container where an inner bag can be easily pulled out from an outer shell. According to the present invention, a double container comprising a container body and a mouth part attachment member is provided. The container body includes a mouth part and a body part and a bottom part. The mouth part is a tubular portion having an open end. The body part is arranged adjacent to the mouth part on a side farther from the open end than the mouth part, and has a larger outer diameter than the mouth part. The bottom part is configured to close a lower end of the body part. The container body includes an inner bag and an outer shell arranged to cover the inner bag. And the mouth part attachment member is configured to be attachable to the mouth part, and is configured such that the inner bag rotates as the mouth part attachment member rotates.

Preform, double container and method of manufacturing thereof

Provided is a double container in which an inner bag can be easily removed from an outer shell. A double container according to the present invention comprises a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, wherein: a mouth part of the container body is configured by lamination of the outer shell and the inner bag; the inner bag comprises a flange part at an upper end thereof in the mouth part, the flange part covering the upper end of the outer shell from above; and the flange part comprises a pull-out part for pulling the inner bag out of the outer shell.

Double container and separation method thereof

The present invention provides a delaminatable container capable of inhibiting reduction in aroma constituents of contents. According to the present invention, provided is the delaminatable container comprising an outer layer and an inner layer and having an inner bag which is composed of the inner layer and configured to contract with a decrease in the contents. The inner layer comprises, as an innermost layer, an inner EVOH layer composed of EVOH resin, and the EVOH resin contained in the inner EVOH layer has an ethylene content of equal to or less than 34 mol %.

The container body is configured to include a storage portion to store contents and a mouth having an opening to discharge the contents from the storage portion, the storage portion and the mouth having an outer layer and an inner layer, and having an inner bag composed of the inner layer to be shrunk with a decrease in the contents, the mouth includes a mouth-side engagement section provided along an outer circumferential surface of the mouth, the cap includes a cap-side engagement section provided along an inner circumferential surface of the cap, the mouth-side engagement section and the cap-side engagement section are configured to be engageable with each other while the cap is mounted to the mouth.

Delaminatable container

A delaminatable container can promptly introduce the external air into the space between the outer shell and the inner bag after discharging the contents. A delaminatable container includes a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, the inner bag shrinking as contents decrease; and a valve member to adjust charging/discharging of air between an intermediate space and an external space S of the container body, the intermediate space located between the outer shell and the inner bag. The container body includes a storage portion to store the contents; and a mouth to discharge the contents from the storage portion; the storage portion includes a pillar body; and a shoulder connecting the body and the mouth; the shoulder is provided with a valve housing recess to house the valve member.

Provided is a delamination container that can suppress deformation of container, when a cap is attached thereto, without being provided with a support ring. The delamination container has a container body with an accommodation section for accommodating contents therein and an opening for discharging the contents from the accommodation section. The accommodation section and the opening have an inner layer, which contracts as the contents decrease, and an outer layer. The opening has an engagement section with a cap, which is to be attached to the opening, and a constriction section that constricts toward the inner side of the opening. The opening has an upright wall extending from an outer edge of an upper wall of the constriction section at an angle between 34 degrees and 135 degrees relative to the upper wall. There is an inner layer gap between the upright wall and the upper wall.

Delamination container, method for attaching cap to delamination container, and method for manufacturing delamination container

A delaminatable container having excellent restorability of the outer shell shape, transparency, and heat resistance is provided. According to an exemplary aspect, a delaminatable container is provided that includes an outer layer and an inner layer, the inner layer delaminating from the outer layer and being shrunk with a decrease in contents, wherein the outer layer includes a propylene copolymer layer containing a random copolymer of propylene and another monomer.

A delaminatable container is provided that is excellent in all of squeezability, drop breaking resistance, and non-transmittance of water vapor. The present invention provides a delaminatable container, comprising a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, the inner bag to be shrunk with a decrease in contents, wherein the inner bag is composed of an inner layer including a mixed resin layer formed of a mixed resin containing a cycloolefin polymer and a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer.

Delamination container

Provided is a delamination container having improved oxygen barrier properties. The present invention provides a delamination container provided with a container body having an outer shell and an inner pouch, the inner pouch being adapted to delaminate from the outer shell and contract in association with a decrease of the contents, wherein the inner layer constituting the inner pouch is provided with, in order from the container outer surface side, an outside layer, an adhesive layer, and an inside layer. The outside layer includes an EVOH layer, and the inside layer has a thickness of 60-200 &#x3bc;m and a flexural modulus of 250 MPa or less, the value (thickness of the inside layer/thickness of the EVOH layer) being 1.1-5, and the total thickness of the inside layer being 100-250 &#x3bc;m.
