An anti-noise component for a connector including a plug on an end of a coaxial cable and a jack at an opening of a metal housing of an electronic device. The anti-noise component includes a cylindrical first conductive member where the plug is inserted, and a cylindrical second conductive member where the first conductive member is inserted. The plug is held inside the first conductive member. An external thread portion is formed on the first conductive member and an internal thread portion is formed inside the second conductive member. The external thread portion mates with the internal thread portion. A flange portion is formed on the second conductive member and a joining portion is formed on the flange portion. The joining portion abuts an outer face of the metal housing. This prevents a gap from forming and leaking electromagnetic noise between the joining portion and the metal housing.

Anti-noise component

A transmission path design assistance system assisting in the design of a transmission path with different reflection specification values for each frequency is obtained. The transmission path design assistance system includes: an acquisition unit to acquire reflection specification values of a reflection characteristic of a transmission path to be designed and a constraint of characteristic impedance distribution of the transmission path; and a computation processing unit including: a reflection characteristic calculation unit to calculate the reflection characteristic from inputted characteristic impedance distribution; a reflection characteristic modification unit to modify, on the basis of the reflection specification values acquired by the acquisition unit, the reflection characteristic calculated by the reflection characteristic calculation unit; a characteristic impedance distribution calculation unit to calculate characteristic impedance distribution from the reflection characteristic modified by the reflection characteristic modification unit; and a characteristic impedance distribution modification unit to modify, on the basis of the constraint acquired by the acquisition unit, the characteristic impedance distribution calculated by the characteristic impedance distribution calculation unit and output it to the reflection characteristic calculation unit.

Transmission path design assistance system, transmission path design assistance method, and computer readable medium storing transmission path design assistance program

On the basis of the peak point of the integrated waveform of the reception signal for each one-bit time, a timing of resetting the integrated value of the reception signal for each one-bit time and a timing of determining whether a voltage of the reception signal for each one-bit time is high or low are indicated.

Reception circuit

An array antenna device includes a classifying unit that classifies rotating devices into a plurality of groups with different priorities under the condition that the number of rotating devices included in one group is equal to or less than the number of rotating devices that is calculated by a number-of-drivable-devices calculating unit; and a rotation instructing unit that selects groups in descending order of priority from among the plurality of groups and drives, each time one group is selected, all rotating devices included in the group, and the classifying unit performs the classification in such a manner that, among the rotating devices, a rotating device that rotates an element antenna with a higher importance level is classified into a group with a higher priority.

Array antenna device and communication device

In an array antenna apparatus, a first height of top faces of plurality of antenna elements is greater than or equal to a second height of a first top of a first electronic component relative to a first primary surface. The first electronic component is the tallest among one or more electronic components mounted on fourth primary surfaces of one or more first external circuit boards. A third height of a second primary surface is greater than a fourth height of fourth primary surfaces. Accordingly, the array antenna apparatus has good antenna characteristics.

Array antenna apparatus and method for fabricating same

The transmission unit includes a digital signal source and a pulse generation circuit. The digital signal source generates a rectangular wave signal. The pulse generation circuit includes a short stub and an open stub, and generates a pulse signal corresponding to the rectangular wave signal. The receiving unit receives the pulse signal from the transmission unit via a lossy transmission path. A comparison circuit having a hysteresis function converts the received pulse signal into a rectangular wave signal.

Antenna device and array antenna device

Openings are formed by removing part of a ground conductor, and a differential signal line including signal line conductors is configured with some of the openings. In addition, a metal block is mounted thereon to cover the opening to thus configure a waveguide using the metal block and ground conductor as wall surfaces. A planar circuit to waveguide transition according to the above can achieve traveling wave conversions from a waveguide mode to a slot mode, and from the slot mode to a differential mode without utilizing resonance, which makes it possible to align a dominant direction of an electric field by the three ones; thus, a wider bandwidth can be expected. Thus, the wider bandwidth can be achieved with a simple layer structure.

Planar circuit to waveguide transition having openings formed in a conductive pattern to form a balance line or an unbalance line

Disclosed is a directional coupler including a first hollow portion that is disposed in a first ground conductor and is arranged directly above a first signal conductor and a second signal conductor, and that is constructed of a discontinuous structure that has a function of delaying the phase and that is small with respect to the one-quarter wavelength of an operating frequency.
