A cylinder for combustion comprises a barrel having a cylindrical shape, and an air supply pipe. An insertion opening and a plurality of cooling flow paths are formed in the barrel. Collision region flow paths of the plurality of cooling flow paths each have a collision region circumvention flow path part intersecting with a collision gas axis extending in the direction of the flow of combustion gas moving toward a pipe center axis of the air supply pipe. The collision region circumvention flow path parts have an upstream-side direction component from the collision gas axis along the edge of the insertion opening, and have a downstream-side direction component from the collision gas axis along the edge of the insertion opening. No exit is formed in a portion of the collision region circumvention flow path parts within the range of specified angles about the pipe center axis.

A plurality of cooling passages extending in an axial direction are formed in a transition piece so as to be aligned in a circumferential direction and the axial direction. One or more downstream side passages are formed in a downstream side region (Rd) within one circumferential region. The total cross-sectional area per unit circumferential length of the one or more downstream side passages is larger than the total cross-sectional area per unit circumferential length of the one or more upstream side passages.

Described herein is a topcoat paint composition having an acrylic resin (A) and a melamine resin (B). The acrylic resin (A), relative to 100 parts by mass thereof, contains 30-40 parts by mass of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 10-30 parts by mass of styrene and 25 parts by mass or more of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, and does not contain, relative to 100 parts by mass of the acrylic resin (A), more than 5 parts by mass of caprolactone compound(s) and/or hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylates constituted of 7 or more carbons. The content of acrylic resin (A), relative to 100 parts by mass of total resin solids of the topcoat paint composition, is 45 parts by mass or more. The content of melamine resin (B), which does not contain complete alkyl ether type melamine resin, relative to the acrylic resin (A), as resin solids ratio, is acrylic resin (A)/melamine resin (B)=50/50 to 80/20.

An exhaust system and a gas turbine, in which the exhaust system includes an exhaust casing; an outer diffuser supported inside the exhaust casing; an inner diffuser disposed inside the outer diffuser to form an exhaust gas flow passage between the inner diffuser and the outer diffuser; a strut cover coupled at a first end to the outer diffuser and coupled at a second end to the inner diffuser; and a second cooling air introduction port provided in the exhaust casing, further on the downstream side of the exhaust gas flow passage than the strut cover. Furthermore, a non-perforated partition member having an annular shape is arranged so as to cover the outer side of the outer diffuser and is supported by the exhaust casing to form a cooling air flow passage.

A transition piece of a combustor which is sustainable even under conditions of more severe thermal environments is provided in the present invention. A transition piece of a combustor is provided with a cylindrical trunk main body, a cylindrical exit trunk part which is joined to the downstream end of the trunk main body and which cooperates with the trunk main body to constitute a trunk part, and an inner flange which extends from the downstream end part of the exit trunk part toward the outer periphery side of the exit trunk part.
