Disclosed is a coating agent that contains a polyorganosiloxane (1) represented by the following general formula (1), a polydiorganosiloxane (2) represented by the following general formula (2), and either one of an amino group-containing polyorganosiloxane (3) represented by the following general formula (3) and a hydroxy group-containing polyorganosiloxane (4) represented by the following general formula (4). A coating agent having improved piecing properties and a medical instrument (for example, a needle) surface-treated (coated) with the coating agent are provided. 

Coating agent and medical instrument surface-treated with said coating agent

A coating agent that has excellent durability and a medical instrument (for example, a needle) that has been coated with the coating agent, are provided. The coating agent includes a condensate (1) of a compound represented by the following general formula (1-1) with a compound represented by the following general formula (1-2), a polydiorganosiloxane (2), and an amino-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (3). The content ratio of the polydiorganosiloxane (2) is 30 to 75 mass %, based on the total mass of the condensate (1), the polydiorganosiloxane (2), and the amino-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (3).

Coating agent and medical instrument surface treated with coating agent

A coating agent that has enhanced durability and a medical instrument (for example, a needle) that has been coated with the coating agent, are provided. The coating agent includes a hydroxyl-group-containing polyorganosiloxane represented by the following general formula (1), a polydiorganosiloxane represented by the following general formula (2), and an amino-group-containing polyorganosiloxane represented by the following general formula (3).  The polydiorganosiloxane (2) is contained in a proportion of a mass ratio to the amino-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (3) of from 0.7:1 to 3.0:1. The hydroxyl-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (1) is contained in a proportion of 2.4 to 5.5 mass %, based on the total mass of the hydroxyl-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (1), the polydiorganosiloxane (2) and the amino-group-containing polyorganosiloxane (3).

Medicament sprayer

A sprayer includes a nozzle through which gas is to be ejected with positiveness and uniformity. The sprayer is provided with a nozzle having inner tubes through the interior of which liquid is to pass and an outer tube receiving the inner tubes therein and allowing gas to pass through a space defined with the inserted inner tubes. The inner tubes have respective liquid orifices through which liquids are to be ejected. The outer tube is arranged therein with the liquid orifices and a gas orifice for ejecting gas. When the nozzle is viewed from front, the outer peripheries of the liquid orifices each assume a circular form while the inner peripheries of the gas orifices are differently shaped to provide plural point contact between the outer periphery of the liquid orifice and the inner periphery of the gas orifice.

Sprayer

An injection needle that can reduce the pain associated with piercing a patient's skin with a needle. The needle has a needle tip provided by forming at least two or more ground surfaces after a first ground surface is formed at the tip of a needle tube. The needle tip is not present on a central plane, which is the plane that crosses vertically the first ground surface and includes a central axis of the needle tube.
