A printer includes a transporting block, a printing block, a positioning block, and an intermediate picking-up device. The positioning block is disposed between the transporting block and the printing block, and positions printing sheets transported by the transporting block at a predetermined location one at a time, so that they are positioned one at a time at a printing location of the printing block where printing is performed on the printing sheets. The intermediate picking-up means picks up the printing sheets positioned at the predetermined location in the positioning block one at a time in order to transport the printing sheets to the printing block.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a video processing apparatus which makes it possible to print a picture having an arbitrary size without forging an original picture. A video processing apparatus according to the present invention includes a print size selecting meansfor selecting a print size of a printerby selecting a size of a picture frame, a CPUfor determining the number of pixels of a video data corresponding to the selected print size, and a memory controllerfor processing the video data in accordance with the number of pixels so that pixels of a video data output from a camerashould be in one-to-one correspondence with pixels of a video data to be printed by the printerIt is not necessary to subject the original picture to video processings such as a decimating processing, an interpolation processing or the like. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a printed picture having an arbitrary size without forging an original data as required when an attesting photograph is taken.

With conventional analog printers, ordinary users are experienced in the subtract color mixture for adjustment of image colors. Therefore, when adjusting the colors in an image displayed on a monitor of a video player and set by the additive color mixture, a user has difficulty if not familiar with the complementary relation between colors. The present invention proposes a printer and color adjusting method in which images of which a designated portion changed in color balance using a gamma (&ggr;) data table in an image processor are printed in one printing paper and the user is prompted to select one of the images for storage in the printer. Thus, after the color adjustment, a desired print whose set colors are automatically stored can be provided.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a video processing apparatus which makes it possible to print a picture having an arbitrary size without forging an original picture. A video processing apparatus according to the present invention includes a print size selecting means for selecting a print size of a printer by selecting a size of a picture frame, a CPU for determining the number of pixels of a video data corresponding to the selected print size, and a memory controller for processing the video data in accordance with the number of pixels so that pixels of a video data output from a camera should be in one-to-one correspondence with pixels of a video data to be printed by the printer . It is not necessary to subject the original picture to video processings such as a decimating processing, an interpolation processing or the like. More concretely, the printing medium is provided with memory mechanisms and the memory mechanisms stores predetermined control data, the printer apparatus reads out the control data stored in the memory mechanisms by contactless communication and controls the photographic printing operation on the basis of the control data which is read out.
