In a solar battery cell, a plurality of silver electrodes are formed in a dot shape with a predetermined gap therebetween linearly along a rear surface tab line. Pitches among the silver electrodes are set so as to be large in a central part of a silicon substrate and small at the ends of the silicon substrate. By arranging many silver electrodes at ends of the silicon substrate having a large stress, the rigidity at the ends is improved, and the warpage is decreased, thereby suppressing cell cracking.

Solar battery cell

A solar battery cell that comprises a plurality of grid electrodes and light-receiving-surface lead connection electrodes on a light receiving surface of a semiconductor substrate, and comprises a plurality of back-surface lead connection electrodes that are connected to back-surface lead wires, formed on the second straight lines that are substantially opposite to the first straight lines while sandwiching the semiconductor substrate together with the first straight lines, on a back surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein an edge portion of each of the light-receiving-surface lead connection electrodes is not overlapped with an edge portion of each of the back-surface lead connection electrodes in a width direction.

There is provided a solar battery module including a plurality of solar batter cells arranged on a same plane with a predetermined gap area, a light-receiving-surface side protecting member and a rear-surface side protecting member sandwiching the solar battery cells therebetween, and an irreversible temperature indicator that is provided on an outer surface of a non-light-receiving surface side of the rear-surface side protecting member. The irreversible temperature indicator changes its color when a temperature rises to a predetermined color-changing temperature and maintains a color-changed status even when the temperature is decreased from the color-changing temperature to indicate a temperature rise to the predetermined color-changing temperature.

Solar battery module and solar power generation system

A solar battery panel wherein cracking of solar battery cells can be reduced without reducing the power generating capacity per unit area. The solar battery panel consists of a plurality of solar battery cells () connected in series by connecting surface electrode tabs () to rear electrode tabs (). In the solar battery panel, a tab-to-tab connecting portion () and a tab-to-cell connecting portion () are arranged via a gap () in the solar battery cell arrangement direction () without these portions overlapping each other.
