A bubble generation device is provided which is capable of efficiently peeling off contaminants from a surface of a filtration membrane. There is provided a bubble discharge chamber disposed above a turnaround portion of a turnaround path. The turnaround path includes a first communication port communicating with a gas storage chamber and a second communication port communicating with the bubble discharge chamber on a downstream side of the turnaround portion. Each of the gas storage chamber and the bubble discharge chamber includes an opening facing downward at a lower end. A cross-sectional area of the bubble discharge chamber in a horizontal direction is equal to or larger than an opening area (a sum of the opening areas of the two second communication ports in an illustrated example) of the second communication port.

Bubble generation device and liquid filtration device

A bubble generation device capable of causing bubbles to hit filtration membranes almost simultaneously includes a housing having side plates and a top plate fixed to the side plates; bubble release ports disposed therein and arranged along a longitudinal direction of the top plate; and a bubble release chamber disposed in the housing and communicated with the bubble release ports. A folded-back path is formed by at least a folded-back plate and an inner plate disposed therein. One end and another end, respectively, of each of the folded-back plate and the inner plate in the longitudinal direction, are fixed to one of the two side plates and another of the two side plates, which face each other. One side and another side, respectively, of the folded-back path in the lateral direction are communicated with the bubble release chamber and a gas storage chamber.

A filtration membrane unit includes a filtration membrane and a suction side socket fixed to an end on one side in a longitudinal direction of the filtration membrane to hold the filtration membrane. The suction side socket extends in a lateral direction of the filtration membrane in a fixed state, and includes a recess into which the end is inserted. A flow path communicated with the recess extends in an extending direction of the suction side socket. A discharge port for discharging filtrate in the flow path is provided. The suction side socket includes a first outlet disposed on one side in the extending direction with respect to a center in the extending direction of the suction side socket, and a second outlet disposed on another side in the extending direction with respect to the center in the extending direction of the suction side socket.

A bubble generation device is provided which is capable of discharging bubbles of about the same size from each of a plurality of bubble discharge ports. The device is provided with a bubble discharge chamber communicating with each of a plurality of bubble discharge ports, a turnaround path including a first communication port communicating with a gas storage chamber and a second communication port communicating with the bubble discharge chamber on a downstream side in a gas traveling direction of a turn-around point of the turnaround path, opening areas of the plurality of bubble discharge ports being the same as each other, and a total of the opening areas of the plurality of bubble discharge ports being smaller than an opening area of the second communication port.

A membrane element having a filtration main body, a header (a water collection portion) that collects treated water from an end portion of the filtration main body and a treated water lead-out portion that leads out the treated water is used. The treated water lead-out portion is connected to a tubular peripheral wall of a water collection pipe that collects treated water solid-liquid-separated by the membrane element, and communicates with an inside of the tubular peripheral wall. The tubular peripheral wall has a thick portion that is thicker in a horizontal direction at an upper-side peripheral wall portion located at an upper side (or at a lower-side peripheral wall portion located at a lower side) in the radial direction of the tubular peripheral wall, and a connecting hole that penetrates the thick portion.

Connection structure and membrane filtration device

A bubble generation device intermittently generates large bubbles in a liquid phase. The bubble generation device includes a bubble storing container, a pivot, and a pair of edge portion receivers. The bubble storing container stores bubbles generated by a gas supply nozzle in the liquid. The pivot allows the bubble storing container to pivot thereon, thereby releasing the large bubbles from the bubble storing container. The pair of edge portion receivers receives and blocks an edge portion of the bubble storing container to limit pivot of the bubble storing container. An inside of the bubble storing container is partitioned by a partition that is installed in an axial direction of the pivot.

Air bubble generation device

Disclosed is an apparatus for water treatment, including a membrane separator for solid-liquid separation; and a particle fractionator which has at least two exits of a fractionated solid-liquid mixture produced therein, wherein a liquor containing particles of different sizes including submicron particles is fed to the particle fractionator before a membrane separation by the membrane separator, and wherein a first fraction of the fractionated solid-liquid mixture is returned to the membrane separator from one exit of the at least two exits of the particle fractionator, the first fraction being less than the liquor in terms of content of the submicron particles. This apparatus enables a rapid achievement of suppression of membrane fouling.
