An estimating apparatus according to an embodiment includes specifying circuitry, deriving circuitry, and display control circuitry. The specifying circuitry specifies a region of a subject irradiated with X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube of an X-ray CT apparatus on a human body model schematically representing the subject. The deriving circuitry assumes the human body model to be at a position where the subject is arranged in radiography performed by the X-ray CT apparatus and derives an exposure dose of the X-rays on a surface of the region specified by the specifying circuitry on the human body model based on irradiation conditions in the radiography. The display control circuitry displays, on a display, information in which the exposure dose derived by the deriving circuitry is associated with the region on the human body model specified by the specifying circuitry.

Estimating apparatus, X-ray diagnosis apparatus, and estimating method

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to one embodiment includes an X-ray generating device, an X-ray detector, an image generation device, a display device, a portion detection device, and an attenuation device. The X-ray generation device generates X-rays to irradiate an object. The X-ray detector detects X-rays transmitted through the object. The image generation device generates an X-ray image based on the detected X-rays. The display device displays the X-ray image. The portion detection device detects an exposure dose reduction target portion based on the X-ray image. The attenuation device attenuates the X-rays to irradiate a region including the detected portion.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus

An X-ray diagnosis apparatus of an embodiment includes: an imaging unit that includes an X-ray tube which emits an X-ray to a subject, and an X-ray detector which detects an X-ray passing through the subject; an X-ray beam limiting unit that is disposed between the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector, has a plurality of collimator blades, and can be rotated; an image processing unit that generates a fluoroscopic image of a region of interest set by the X-ray beam limiting unit; and a control unit that individually controls the plurality of collimator blades in such a way that a long side of an opening formed by the plurality of collimator blades goes in a longitudinal direction of a target within the fluoroscopic image.

X-ray diagnosis apparatus and X-ray diagnosis assisting method

An X-ray imaging system that allows X-ray images to be acquired from a desired direction by considering the tilt of a tabletop. The X-ray imaging system includes a support unit that holds an X-ray imaging unit that performs X-ray imaging of a subject. The subject is placed on the tabletop. A memory stores in advance imaging angle information from previous imaging. A tilt detector detects the tilt angle of the tabletop. A calculator calculates a correction angle for correcting the imaging angle information based on the imaging angle information and on the tilt angle. A drive unit moves the support unit to a position based on the imaging angle information and the correction angle.

X-ray imaging system

A medical image diagnosis device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an imaging unit that takes an image of a subject, with an X-ray generation unit which exposes the subject to X-rays and an X-ray detector which detects X-rays that have passed through the subject, being supported on a supporter; a control unit that controls so as to rotate and move the supporter with respect to the subject and take images of the subject from a plurality of viewpoints; a storage unit that stores image data taken from a plurality of the viewpoints; an image processing unit that classifies a plurality of pieces of the image data stored in the storage unit into a plurality of imaging ranges to generate thumbnail images; and a display unit that displays thumbnail images generated by the image processing unit.

A triaxially controlled X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises a support unit having a first arm, a second arm, and a third arm which are capable of rotation on three mutually orthogonal axes, an X-ray generator mounted on an end of the third arm for irradiating an object under examination with X rays, an image intensifier, mounted on the other end of the third arm so that it is opposed to the X-ray generator, for detecting X rays transmitted through the object to provide an optical image, a TV camera connected to the image intensifier for converting the optical image into a video signal to provide an X-ray image of the object, a display unit for displaying the X-ray image, and rotation correction means for making rotation correction on an X-ray image displayed on the display unit on the basis of angles of rotation of the first, second and third arms when they are rotated from their reference position.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus and X-ray diagnostic method

In order to perform stereoradiography, an X-ray apparatus utilizes an X-ray tube having a pair of X-ray focal points. The X-ray beams are alternately irradiated from the focal points toward an image intensifier through a patient and are limited by an X-ray beam limiting device. The device shapes the irradiated X-ray beams onto a circular detection surface of the image intensifier into a polygon such as octagon. The X-ray irradiation field on the detection surface can be circumscribed to a circular input window (i.e. effective input area), preventing the field from going beyond the detection surface. Thus, direct X-ray leaking over the image intensifier is avoidable.

X-ray apparatus

An X-ray beam limiting apparatus, is used for a stereoscopic X-ray tube with two focal points separated from each other by a distance of approximately 35 mm. The X-ray beam limiting apparatus includes pivotable blade means for beam-limiting inner edges of pyramid-shaped X-ray beams emitted from the first and second X-ray focal points, while pivoting around center lines of first and second pivotable shafts positionally shifted with each other; and, first slidable blade means for beam-limiting outer edges of the pyramid-shaped X-ray beams emitted from the first and second X-ray focal points, while sliding on a plane substantially perpendicular to travelling paths of the pyramid-shaped X-ray beams.

X-ray beam limiting apparatus including pivotable blade

A protection cover includes a pressure responsive means mounted within the cover along its inner wall surface and which operates responsive to external forces to be exerted upon contact with a neighboring object. The protection cover is provided at a portion where physical contact may occur between any of movable or rotating component devices of an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, such as, an X-ray exposure unit or an image intensifier, and a neighboring object which is in the path of the component devices, such as, a subject or a catheter table. The protection cover may, for example, be provided at a moving end of a component X-ray diagnostic apparatus, such as, the forward end of the image intensifier, or may be mounted, instead of being mounted on a movable component device, on a neighboring object at its side facing to the movable part of the component devices, such as, a stand section of the catheter table, which lies in the path of a moving part of the X-ray radiographing component devices.
