A semiconductor device includes: a first domain including a first high power source line, a first low power source line, and a first power clamp circuit; a second domain including a second high power source line, a second low power source line, and a second power clamp circuit; a third power clamp circuit provided between the second high power source line and the first low power source line; a first relay circuit that receives a signal from the first domain and outputs the signal to the second domain; and a second relay circuit that receives a signal from the second domain and outputs the signal to the first domain, wherein the first relay circuit and the second relay circuit have a circuit portion that is connected to the second high power source line and the first low power source line.

Semiconductor device

A semiconductor device includes a first semiconductor region that has an external profile including at least one corner, and that includes a semiconductor of a first conductivity type, and a first insulation region that surrounds an outer periphery of the first semiconductor region, and that includes an insulator that, at a corner portion corresponding to the corner, has a depth deeper than a depth at a location other than the corner portion. The semiconductor device further includes a second semiconductor region that surrounds an outer periphery of the first insulation region, and that includes a semiconductor of a second conductivity type, and a second insulation region that surrounds an outer periphery of the second semiconductor region, and that includes an insulator that is deeper than the depth of the first insulation region at the location other than the corner portion.

Semiconductor device and integrated circuit

The present invention pertains to an improvement in buttress-threaded tubular connections. In particular, the connection is improved by controlling the tubular member thread pitch diameter tolerance to .+-.0.0015 inch, to provide a thread bearing contact pressure which is relatively constant over the entire length of the connection. In addition, the improved connection provides a reduction in hoop stress of about 20% over known buttress-threaded tubing connections. The present invention typically includes the use of variable make-up in combination with the control of the tubular member thread pitch diameter tolerance.

Buttress-threaded tubular connection

A container for housing a metal strip coil, which comprises: a lower box (2) made of steel, having an open upper end, for housing a metal strip coil (1) with the axis thereof directed horizontally and covering the lower half thereof; an upper box (3) made of steel, having an open lower end and an upper end capable of being opened and closed by means of a pair of shutters (23, 23'), inserted into the lower box (2) so as to be vertically movable, for covering the upper half of the coil (1); a lift mechanism for vertically moving the upper box (3); and a shutter opening-closing mechanism for closing the upper end of the upper box (3) by closing the pair of shutters (23, 23') when the upper box (3) is moved up by means of the lift mechanism, and for opening the upper end of the upper box (3) by opening the pair of shutters (22, 23') when the upper box (3) is moved down by means of the lift mechanism.

Container for housing metal strip coil

A furnace for the heat treatment of wire materials, comprising a cylindrical furnace body having holes at both ends through which a wire material is inserted into and out of the furnace body, a combustion chamber formed within the furnace body, a burner provided at one end portion of the furnace body and adjacent to the combustion chamber, and a discharge pipe mounted near the downstream edge of the combustion chamber for discharging the waste gas. The burner comprises a free space through which the wire material is inserted, a fuel-air mixture chamber surrounding the free space, and injection nozzles communicating with the fuel-air mixture chamber and serving to inject the mixture into the combustion chamber. The injection nozzles are arranged to permit the injected streams of fuel-air mixture to make whirling motions in the same direction along the inner wall of the combustion chamber in such a manner as to be free from direct contact with the wire material running along the axis of the combustion chamber.
