In a tilt sensor including a sealed container which is comprised of a container body and a top cover plate which is adapted to close the container body and is provided on the inner surface thereof with a recess whose depth gradually increases from the peripheral edge toward the center thereof, and a holder which holds the sealed container, the top cover plate and the holder are provided with a positioning device which determines a relative angular position between the sealed container and the holder. A mask and a coat holder, which are used to form electrodes on the top cover plate are also disclosed.

The laser marking device comprises a laser source, an optical system for projecting a laser beam emitted from the laser source to form a laser spot on an object, a light distributing element that is disposed in an optical path of the optical system and includes at least one light distributing portion that distributes a part of the laser beam to form at least one static reference line on the object so that the laser spot is formed on the static reference line, a rotating mechanism that rotates at least a part of the optical system to form a dynamic reference on the object, and a switch for selecting between a rotation mode in which the rotating mechanism is activated and a stationary mode in which said rotating mechanism is not activated.

Laser marking device

A laser output measuring device for a laser knife having a flexible manipulator in which the output power at the operating end of the manipulator is accurately displayed at all times independent of changes in the transmissivity of the manipulator. A measuring hole member is provided in a housing in which is positioned a laser oscillator, a shutter device and a power detecting device. When the end of the manipulator is inserted in the measuring hole member, the shutter is positioned such that the output laser beam is directed onto the power detecting unit while when the end of the manipulator is free, the position of the shutter is determined by a foot switch such that the output laser beam from the laser oscillator can either be directed into the manipulator or to the power detecting unit. An arithmetic circuit is provided which measures the output power at the end of the manipulator when the end of the manipulator is positioned in the measuring hole member and which scales the output power measured when the end of the manipulator is free and the output beam of the laser oscillator is directed by the shutter to the power detecting unit such that the measured power always corresponds accurately to the output power at the end of the manipulator.

Laser output measuring device for laser knife

A counterbalance mechanism for a laser knife device which includes a manipulator in which the overall height of the balance mechanism is quite short and all rotational moments of the manipulator are cancelled for all operative positions thereof. A base support arm is rotatably mounted around a short first hollow arm with a second hollow arm extending through upright portions of the base support arm joined at its two ends through articulations to the upper end of the first hollow arm and a third hollow arm. A parallelogram link mechanism is formed including the upright members of the base support arm, first and second substantially parallel support arms and a third substantially vertical support arm upon which a counterbalance weight is mounted. One end of the first support arm is pivotably mounted between the upright members of the base support arm while the corresponding end of the second support arm is pivotably mounted around the second hollow arm between the upright members.
