A tubular treatment tool is provided for an endoscope. The tubular treatment tool includes a flexible tubular member. A groove is formed on the flexible tubular member and traverses the flexible tubular member along the diameter. An operation wire is provided in the flexible tubular member. The operation wire is movable relative to the flexible tubular member along an axis of the flexible tubular member. A distal end of the operation wire is secured to the flexible tubular member at a position on a distal end side with respect to the groove. A tissue collecting device is secured at the distal end of the flexible tubular member.

A high-frequency treating instrument for an endoscope, includes: a spatula-form high-frequency electrode which is adapted to be protruded from and housed within an insulated flexible sheath of the endoscope; and a concavo-convex portion which serves as an antiskid member when the concavo-convex portion is brought into contact with a mucous membrane and is formed on at least one of side edge portions of a portion closer to a tip end of the high-frequency electrode.

High-frequency treating instrument for endoscope

A retractable treatment instrument for an endoscope is provided. The retractable treatment instrument includes a flexible sheath configured such that at least a tip portion thereof is formed of a flexible tube, an operation wire inserted in the flexible sheath so as to be movable along an axial direction of the operation wire in the flexible sheath, and a front-end treatment member attached to a tip of the operation wire. Endoscopic high-frequency knife

A high-frequency snare for an endoscope includes an electrically insulating sheath, an operation wire slidably inserted through the sheath, a plurality of resilient twisted wires. Proximal ends of the plurality of twisted wires are connected to the distal end of the operation wire. Distal ends of the plurality of twisted wires are deposited with each other within an atmosphere of inactive gas. A proximal end side of the deposited ends of the plurality of wires being connected together with a metallic connecting member. When the operation wire is operated to withdraw at least proximal side portions of the plurality of twisted wires, the twisted wires are tucked. The plurality of twisted wires are expanded to form a loop with resilience thereof when the plurality of twisted wires are protruded from the sheath.

High-frequency snare for endoscope

A high frequency treatment instrument for an endoscope is provided. The high frequency treatment instrument is provided with an insulative flexible sheath, an operation wire inserted in the flexible sheath so as to be movable along an axial direction of the operation wire in the flexible sheath, and a hook-like electrode attached to a tip of the operation wire. The hook-like electrode includes a rod-like part which is elongated in parallel with the axial direction along a line shifted from an axis line of the operation wire, and a hook part elongated from the rod-like part to cross the axis line of the operation wire.

High frequency treatment instrument for endoscope

A snare for an endoscope includes a flexible sheath, a control wire movable within the flexible sheath, and a snare loop connected to an end of the control wire, wherein when the control wire is axially advanced, the snare loop projects from the flexible sheath and expands into a loop shape, whereas when the control wire is axially retracted, the snare loop retracts into the flexible sheath and is folded into a closed shape. A resilient wire which forms the snare loop includes a hook portion protruding in a lateral direction of the snare loop. The resilient wire includes a biasing portion which biases the distal end of the resilient wire from a tip end to a base end of the hook portion to press the distal end of the resilient wire against an inner surface of the flexible sheath when the resilient wire is retracted.

Endoscopic high-frequency snare

A treatment instrument for an endoscope includes: a front end hood that is provided to a distal end of an inserting portion of the endoscope; a supporting member that is provided inside the front end hood; a treatment member that is rotatably supported by the supporting member; and an operating wire that is coupled to the treatment member and extended rearwardly from the front end hood. The treatment member is rotated about the supporting member by operating to extract and retract the operating wire at a base side of the endoscope.

An endoscope for high-frequency treatment includes a flexible inserting section and an operation unit connected thereto. At least one terminal is provided to the operation unit and is connected to a high-frequency power supply. The endoscope further includes a hood having at least one treatment electrode for the high-frequency treatment and at least one contact, which are connected with at least one conductive line. The endoscope further includes a tip unit provided to a tip end of the inserting section. The tip unit has a hood receiving portion to which the hood is detachably coupled and one power supply electrode which contacts the at least one contact of the hood when the hood is coupled to the tip unit. The at least one power supply electrode is connected with the at least one terminal provided to the operation unit through a conductive wire which is inserted in the inserting section.

A high-frequency treatment tool for an endoscope is provided with a transparent hood to be detachably coupled to a distal end of an endoscope provided with at least one electrode, at least one high-frequency electrode provided at a tip end of the transparent hood, at least one contact which is to electrically contact the at least one electrode of the endoscope, and at least one conductive member that electrically connects the at least one high-frequency electrode and the at lease one contact. The at least one conductive member is arranged to be located at an inner position with respect to an outer surface of the transparent hood.
