A solid-state image sensor element outputs either n bits or in a bit number of an integral multiple of n in synchronization with an output clock. An allocating unit allocates respective bit data of pixel signals obtained by the solid-state image sensor element into at least two series of bit data alternately, in synchronization with a clock converted by a clock converting unit. A first selector selects an output from the bit data allocated by the allocating unit and the bit data not allocated by the allocating unit. A second selector selects an output from a clock with a frequency converted by the clock converting unit and a clock with a frequency not converted by the clock converting unit.

Solid-state image sensing device and image signal output circuit

A key telephone system comprising a key service unit and key telephone sets is configured by the present invention so that system data are registered in an IC card and the system data so registered are fed to the key service unit by the insertion of the IC card in the key service unit.

Key telephone system

A key telephone system provided with a power supply for supplying power to a specified key telephone set at all times and a controlled power supply capable of turning ON and OFF the power supply to controlled key telephone sets other than the specified key telephone set. The controlled power supply has provision for being automatically turned ON and OFF in accordance with a predetermined schedule or turned ON and OFF under control of the specified set. The power supply is turned ON upon receiving an incoming call or turned OFF upon ON - hooking of the key telephone set after a talking operation with a calling party or automatically turned ON and OFF in response to a specified dial signal incoming after automatically answering the incoming call. The key telephone system can have provision for individually controlling the power supply to each controlled key telephone set.

Controlled power supply for key telephone system

A key telephone system comprising a key service unit and a plurality of key telephone sets is configured by this invention so as to permit use of IC cards which are adapted to admit user data for registration therein, to be inserted in any of the key telephone sets for the user data to be read out of the IC card, and to enable the user to utilize the key telephone set.

A click tone removing system for a time division switching system which performs switching of speech channels by a highway switch inserted in a highway. When a hook information detector and a dial information detector detect hook information and a dial information, respectively, delivery of a PCM speech sending signal to the highway is prevented by a blocking function for a fixed period of time, so that the highway is controlled to switch the speech channel, thereby removing a click tone generated by dialing. A subscriber's circuit of an exchange, which changes over a speech sending highway and a speech receiving highway by means of a highway switch, is characterized by the provision of an A/D converter for digitizing a speech sending signal to a digitized speech sending signal sent out to the speech sending highway, a D/A converter for converting a digitized speech receiving signal applied from the speech receiving highway into an analog signal, a gate for gating the input signal to the D/A converter, and a control circuit for controlling the gate, so that during real time processing the speech receiving signal highway is interrupted by opening and closing the gate without controling the higway switch.

Subscriber's circuit for time division switching system

A subscriber circuit in a time-division telephone switching system having a supervisory circuit connected to a subscriber telephone set for supervision of incoming calls, call-answering, line-busy and on-hook supervision on the telephone set. A common control circuit receives signals from the supervisory circuit through a scan circuit and when it receives a signal indicating that the handset has not been properly replaced. A howler tone source of a howler tone transmission circuit generates a low-level howler tone signal which is modulated by a modulator in the howler tone transmission circuit. This modulated tone signal is applied to a demodulator in the subscriber circuit through a speech connecting network for the transmission of speech to and from the telephone set without further need of connecting link such as a trunk line or the like. The telephone set converts the demodulated tone signal to a continuous howler tone audible signal.

Howler tone sending-out system in time-division electronic exchanges

A hybrid circuit, in which the differential output of an amplifier of the four-wire receive port having the differential output of low output impedance is connected to a series-connected circuit composed of a variable impedance circuit and the primary winding of a transformer connected to the two-wire port of the hybrid circuit, and in which the input of an amplifier of the four-wire transmit port of the hybrid circuit having a high input impedance is connected to the node connection of the variable impedance circuit and the primary winding of the transformer. In the case where the impedances of the variable impedance circuit and the transformer are in a state of mutual equilibrium, the neutral point potential of the amplifier of the four-wire receive port is applied as an input to the amplifier of the four-wire transmit port.
