On a revolving frame (), an operating oil tank () located on the front side of an engine () is provided, and a fuel tank () located on the front side of the operating oil tank () is arranged. A mounting member () is provided on the lower side of the fuel tank () across a part of a swing cylinder (). Between the operating oil tank () and the mounting member (), a vertical restraining element () for restraining the fuel tank () in a front-rear direction and a vertical direction and a lateral restraining element () for restraining the fuel tank () in a left-right direction are detachably provided. Therefore, the fuel tank () can be restrained in two directions, that is, in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

A hose looping supporter () is provided on an upper surface (A) of a lid () of a tank body () constituting an operating oil tank (). This hose looping supporter () is constituted by a mounting member () mounted on the lid () and four retaining arms () each bent in a substantially J-shape. A suction hose () has its midway portion adapted to be looped annularly, and this looped hose portion (B) is mounted by being held looped by each revolving frame (). Meanwhile, in the case of replenishing a fuel tank () with fuel, the suction hose () can be easily removed from each retaining arm () of the hose looping supporter () by reducing the diameter of the looped hose portion (B) of the suction hose ().

A front side of a floor panel () is pivotally supported on a floor panel support mechanism (), permitting tilting of the floor panel in a forward direction with respect to a revolving frame () by way of a tilting mechanism (). The tilting mechanism () has a guide rail assembly () which is pivotally supported on the side of the revolving frame (), a screw rod () which is rotatably supported on the guide rail assembly (), and a displacement member () which is attached to the floor panel () and held in threaded engagement with the screw rod (). The floor panel () and a cab () are tilted up in the forward direction upon rotationally driving the screw rod () to translate the displacement member () constituting the tilting mechanism ().
