A control system includes: first and second hydraulic pumps; an opening/closing device provided in a passage connecting the first and second hydraulic pumps and configured to open and close the passage; a control device controlling the opening/closing device to switch between connected and unconnected states of the first and second hydraulic pumps; a first hydraulic cylinder to which hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump is supplied in the unconnected state; and a second hydraulic cylinder to which hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic pump is supplied in the unconnected state. The control device controls the opening/closing device to be in the connected state when distributed flow rates of the hydraulic cylinders are a predetermined supply flow rate or lower and a difference between a pressure in a rod-side space and a pressure in a cap-side space of the hydraulic cylinder is a defined value or smaller.

Control system, work machine, and control method

A control system includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump; a passage connecting the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump with each other; an opening/closing device provided in the passage and configured to open and close the passage; a control device configured to control the opening/closing device to switch between a split-flow state in which the passage is closed and a connected state in which the passage is open; a first actuator to which hydraulic fluid discharged from the first hydraulic pump is supplied in the split-flow state; and a second actuator to which hydraulic fluid discharged from the second hydraulic pump is supplied in the split-flow state. In the connected state, the control device controls the opening/closing device so that the connected state is maintained even when either one of the first actuator and the second actuator is brought into a driven state.

A control system includes a cylinder pressure data acquisition unit that acquires cylinder pressure data indicating a pressure of operating oil of a hydraulic cylinder; an operation amount data acquisition unit that acquires operation amount data of an operating device; a pump flow rate calculation unit that calculates a first pump flow rate indicating a flow rate of the operating oil discharged from a first hydraulic pump and a second pump flow rate indicating a flow rate of the operating oil discharged from a second hydraulic pump in a splitting state in which a passage is closed based on the cylinder pressure data and the operation amount data; and a pump control unit that controls the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump based on the first pump flow rate and the second pump flow rate.

A control system for controlling a work machine including a working unit including elements and actuators that drives the elements includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump each of which supplies operating oil to at least one of the actuators; and a control device that calculates a distribution flow rate of operating oil distributed to each of the actuators based on an operating state of the working unit and switches, based on the calculated distribution flow rate, between a first state in which the operating oil supplied from both the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the actuators and a second state in which the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the first hydraulic pump is different from the actuator to which the operating oil is supplied from the second hydraulic pump.

A drive device of a construction machine includes a pump passage connected to a hydraulic pump, first and second supply passages connected to the pump passage, first and second passages connected to the first supply passage, third and fourth passages connected to the second supply passage, a first valve connected to the first and third passages, a second valve connected to the second and fourth passages, a first bucket passage connecting the first passage to a cap-side space of the bucket cylinder through the first valve, a second bucket passage connecting the third passage to a rod-side space of the bucket cylinder through the first valve, a first arm passage connecting the second passage to a rod-side space of an arm cylinder through the second valve, and a second arm passage connecting the fourth passage to a cap-side space of the arm cylinder through the second valve.

Drive device of construction machine

A hydraulic fluid flowpath includes a first flowpath and a second flowpath. The first flowpath connects a first pump port and a first chamber in a hydraulic cylinder. The second flowpath connects a second pump port and a second chamber in the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic fluid flowpath forms a closed circuit between a hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder. A bleed-off flowpath bleeds off a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the second flowpath. A control valve connects the second flowpath to the bleed-off flowpath via a throttle when an operation amount of an operating member for lowering a work implement is less than a predetermined operation amount so that a hydraulic pressure in second flowpath is maintained at less than a relief pressure. The predetermined operation amount is less than or equal to the maximum operation amount for lowering the work implement.

Hydraulic drive system

A hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic cylinder with a cylinder tube and a cylinder rod, a main pump, a hydraulic-fluid path, a charge pump, a stroke position detecting unit, and a pump control unit. The hydraulic-fluid path forms a closed circuit between a main pump and the hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder rod expands or contracts depending on how hydraulic fluid is supplied and exhausted to and from first and second chambers. The charge pump replenishes hydraulic-fluid in the hydraulic-fluid path. The pump control unit performs flow-rate reduction control in which the pump control unit reduces a suction flow rate so that a suction flow rate of the main pump is equal to or less than a maximum discharge flow rate of the charge pump when the stroke position becomes closer to a stroke end of the cylinder rod than a prescribed reference position during the flow rate reduction control.

A shuttle valve connects a second flowpath and a drain flowpath when the hydraulic pressure in a first flowpath is greater than the hydraulic pressure in the second flowpath. The shuttle valve connects the first flowpath and the drain flowpath when the hydraulic pressure in a second flowpath is greater than the hydraulic pressure in the first flowpath. The ratio between the pressure receiving area of a first pressure section and the pressure receiving area of a second pressure section is the same as the ratio between the pressure receiving area of a first chamber side and the pressure receiving area of a second chamber side of a cylinder rod.

An operating state determining unit determines whether a hydraulic cylinder is in operation or not in operation. A discharge pressure reducing unit reduces the discharge pressure of a charge pump. A discharge pressure control unit controls the discharge pressure reducing unit when the hydraulic cylinder in not in operation to reduce the discharge pressure of the charge pump to a low pressure lower than a normal pressure. The normal pressure is the discharge pressure of the charge pump when the hydraulic cylinder is in operation. An accumulator is connected to a charge flowpath. A one-way valve is disposed between the accumulator and the charge pump. The one-way valve allows the flow of hydraulic fluid from the charge pump to the accumulator and prohibits the flow of hydraulic fluid from the accumulator to the charge pump.

A hydraulic cylinder causes a work implement to be lowered due to the exhaust of hydraulic fluid from a first chamber and the supply of hydraulic fluid to a second chamber. A hydraulic fluid flowpath has a first flowpath and a second flowpath. The first flowpath connects a first pump port and the first chamber. The second flowpath connects a second pump port and the second chamber. The hydraulic fluid flowpath configures a closed circuit between a hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder. A bleed-off flowpath branches off from the first flowpath. A portion of hydraulic fluid exhausted from the first chamber when lowering the work implement flows into the bleed-off flowpath.

A hydraulic driving system includes a hydraulic pump, a driving source, a hydraulic cylinder, a closed circuit hydraulic path between the pump and cylinder, a pump-flow-rate control unit controlling a discharge flow rate of the pump, a flow rate control valve between the pump and the cylinder in the fluid path, a directional control unit, a target flow rate setting unit and a control device. The directional control unit allows a flow of fluid from the pump to the cylinder and prohibits a flow of fluid from the cylinder to the pump when fluid is supplied from the pump to the cylinder via the flow rate control valve. The control device controls fluid flow to the cylinder with the flow rate control valve when the target flow rate is within a prescribed range, and with the pump-flow-rate control unit when the target flow rate is greater than the prescribed range.

In a hydraulic excavator, a hydraulic cylinder drives a boom via a hydraulic fluid discharged from a first hydraulic pump. A first hydraulic circuit connects the first hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder and forms a closed circuit therebetween. A hydraulic motor rotates a revolving upper unit with hydraulic fluid discharged from a second hydraulic pump. A second hydraulic circuit independent from the first hydraulic circuit connects the second hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor. A motor hydraulic pressure reduction unit reduces the driving hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic motor when a predetermined condition is satisfied. The predetermined condition is a condition in which an operation of the boom operating member to raise the boom and an operation of the rotation operating member to rotate the revolving upper unit are conducted together and an operation amount of the boom operating member is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold.

Hydraulic excavator

A first target engine speed is set in response to a command value commanded by a command unit. A second target engine speed equal to or lower than the first target engine speed is set based on the first target engine speed. When the first target engine speed is reduced, the second target engine speed is set to be constant or be decreased and a reduction range for decreasing the first target engine speed to the second target engine speed is set to be decreased. The reduction range is set at zero when the first target engine speed is equal to or lower than an engine speed at least at a maximum torque point.

Engine control device

The system includes: a variable displacement hydraulic pump supplying pressure oil to a hydraulic actuator; a pressure detector detecting a pump discharge pressure from the hydraulic pump; a control valve controlling a supply of the pressure oil to the hydraulic actuator; a controller controlling a pump displacement of the hydraulic pump; a hydraulic motor rotating an upper structure of the construction machine; a swing relief valve defining a relief pressure of the hydraulic motor; and a control lever switching a control valve for the hydraulic motor. The controller includes: an adjuster that, when a pump discharge pressure detected by the pressure detector exceeds a first set value, conducts an adjustment to reduce the pump displacement; and a canceller that cancels the adjustment when the pump discharge pressure falls below a second set value. The second set value is equal to or larger than the first set value.

Swing drive controlling system for construction machine

A first target engine speed Nand a high-speed control area Fare set according to a command value commanded by a command unit. A second target engine speed Nand a high-speed control area Fdefined on a low-speed side are set according to the first target engine speed N. A pump displacement D and an engine torque T of a variable displacement hydraulic pump are detected so that a target engine speed N corresponding to each of the detected pump displacement and engine torque is detected according to a preset relationship between a the pump displacement D and the target engine speed N and a preset relationship between the engine torque T and the target engine speed N during an engine control at the high-speed control area F. The drive of the engine is controlled so that the engine is driven at the target engine speed N.
