A photocurable material formulation for a lost model that has a high elastic modulus, shows small thermal expansion, has heat resistance in a certain temperature region, and is free of a photoacid generator to be used in an epoxy material or the like. The formulation is a photocurable composition including curable materials formed of monofunctional (meth)acrylates each having a molecular weight of 150 or more and less than 350, and a bifunctional (meth)acrylate having a molecular weight of 200 or more and less than 400.

Disclosed is a photocurable material composition having a cured product which has both deflection temperature under load of 40&#xb0; C. or more and Charpy impact strength (with a notch) of 20 kJ/mor more after ultraviolet irradiation and the cured product thereof. The photocurable material composition comprises at least a monofunctional acrylate having a five-membered ring containing an ether bond and a polycarbonate resin soluble in the monofunctional acrylate, wherein the content of the monofunctional acrylate having a five-membered ring containing an ether bond is 18% by weight to 80% by weight and the content of the polycarbonate resin is 10% by weight to 40% by weight.

Photocurable material composition, cured product of photocurable material composition and manufacturing method thereof

Provided are a photocurable material composition providing a cured product, which achieves both of a heat deflection temperature of 70&#xb0; C. or more measured by Method A of JIS K 7191-1 and a Charpy impact strength of 6 kJ/mor more measured in conformity with JIS K 7111-1, after UV irradiation, and a cured product thereof. The photocurable material composition includes: 50 parts by weight to 65 parts by weight of a bifunctional urethane (meth)acrylate having (meth)acryloyl groups at both terminals thereof; 15 parts by weight to 25 parts by weight of a compound represented by the formula (4); and 10 parts by weight to 30 parts by weight of at least one of a compound represented by the formula (5) or a compound represented by the formula (6).
